Division Day Spa

So, I know that these negative comments might discourage you BUT! I have purchased a Groupon to go there the first time and it was the cheapest and bestest facial I have ever gotten in NYC. For the $ 32 I paid, I got every pore on my face (and neck!) squeezed! It was a 2 hour long procedure when it usually takes an hour. Then I kept the deal and kept going for $ 32 till now. You must be prepared though — they barely speak English and they are a very small, Chinese spa which isn’t fancy or big at all. You might be in the shared room with two beds BUT! for the amount of money paid, this is the absolutely BEST you can get! Do not be discouraged by the previous comments if you want a great extraction where they will make a HUGE effort to clean every single blackhead/​pimple you have. I love it and I will keep coming back after going there for an year now.

It is TERRIBLE
I went there at like the middle of April and they did a facial on me, the lady that did it with me did not even tell me what facial she was doing, and all I know is she just make my face condition even worse than before.
And so, I gave them one more chance and I come today, nothing special, what the hell and I will never come again. this is a very small facial place, with no privacy and very low class and cheap quality!

Came here with a groupon for $ 32 for an hour long Swedish message.
Oh what a mistake this was. This place recently opened up so there was no reviews available so i decided to take a chance.
My boyfriend called me for an appointment for the same day service and they had availability.
The salon itself is tacky, dirty with no paper towels or a hand towel in the bathroom to even dry your hands with. The massage itself was mediocre to say the best. During the message, the lady’s phone kept on ringing and she picked it up at least 3 times and had a short conversation for a few minutes at the time.
This kind of service is not acceptable!!!
To top it off, they have a bell on the door for everyone who comes in through a main entrance and you can hear every single thing in the massage room when someone comes in. Same goes for the phone.
They have a phone in the massage room so if it keeps on ringing, you sure would be able to hear it, talking about a relaxing message??? Most definitely this was the opposite.
OH and to top it off, right after the lady was done with my message she left me in the room so i could put on my underwear and as i was changing not even 2 minutes later or a knock on the door, the other woman that works there (possibly the owner) walks in on me as i’m standing without my bra on and says, «oh i need to get warm towel for a client from here». I told her that i was changing to which she replied, «oh i dont mind».
Im sorry but this was the the worst experience that i had doing a massage. If i can give this place zero stars i would. A true tacky low class kind of a place. Beware!!!
