I have not been here for awhile since the last couple of times I had been, I found the place to be badly managed, very noisy customers & management did not address the situation even though I kept shusssing. Today, I decided to give it another try. It was a snowy day, thought I would get a decent 60 minute foot massage. My technician was on her cell phone for the first 10 minutes. How can you possibly do a decent job with 1 hand? I cleared my throat, and she put her phone down, but the person was still talking until I said something. Now, I was completely annoyed, and said to myself why am I going to pay for 60 minutes when her technique was awful, an attitude like she could not be bothered. So after 20 minutes, I said just 30 minutes. Her response was its $ 20. I did not want to spend any more time at this place. And the piece de resistance — when I went to pay the head person said«tip». I said I don’t tip for bad service and for your technician to be on her cell phone. Needless to say there are plenty of other places to go. I will not be returning to this dump. My recommendation is go somewhere else!!!

One of my neighborhood massage place so I decide to have a try. The spa was ok as clean and quiet. But the masseur just focused on what he should do but didn’t do according to my requested. I need a relax and gentle foot massage instead of painful one. Might be back when i need a massage badly if I’ve no any other choices in Chinatown.

It’s a very good play for relax in NYC, lower Manhattan, I usually go there once a week or once two week to get reflexology.

Me and my husband had a stressful couple of weeks and decided to invest in foot massages every evening to help deal with it. We found this place on Unilocal and saw some good reviews and decided to give it a try. The first visit was very enjoyable — clean, quiet, great value and the masseurs did a good job. The second evening we decided to upgrade to a 1hr foot massage at $ 23. Everything was great until we had to pay. They seemed disgruntled that we were paying by credit card instead of cash and upon asking for change for a $ 20 bill, one lady(I assume to be the boss) very rudely and greedily declared«$ 10MINIMUMTIPFOR1HRMASSAGE!» In one moment it completely transformed our experience from relaxing and de-stressing to leaving a very bad taste in our mouth. We had planned to and did tip $ 7 per masseur which given the massage fee is a quite generous 30% tip in our opinion. We feel badly for the staff there who did a great job and were clearly embarrassed by her short sighted behavior. The reality is they just lost at least $ 300 of our business. If they’re reliant /expecting higher tips than any other service industry in New York, perhaps they need to rethink their prices. We will most definitely not be returning here.

We stopped by Budha Bodai to get some amazing food and then found this amazing foot spa! We had to go down stairs since no one upstairs would help us but then we where showered with massage love! My friend and I got a 10 min 10 $ foot spa and it was worth every penny!

After having dim sum at the Golden Unicorn, my friend and I stopped in here for a massage. He had a foot massage and I had the hand massage. $ 25 each for 30 minutes! The massage was amazing and everything was very clean. The massage chairs were very comfy too. After the massage, we received a stamp card, so that after we get ten hours of massage, we get two hours free! Open 7 days, 10am-2am I hope that I get a chance to come back next week!
