The staff here is so nice. Tameeka really helped me and was super helpful and kind. The pharmacists are great and they have everything you need. Great management !!

While not as fancy as some DR stores, the staff was helpful and I had a very positive experience both times I went. Pharmacy and clerical staff made me feel welcome and attended to. I’m glad my new neighborhood has this store!

I like a place where the manager isn’t above sweeping the floor. Or ringing up customers. Kudos to him! Right out of NYU Dental School, with my mouth’s pain receptors lit up like Christmas lights, I stopped here to buy some acetaminophen(they didn’t give me anything for the pain!!!) and fill my prescription for antiseptic mouthwash. I could have waited until I got back to my home CVS, because I planned on killing any germs with lots and lots of alcohol later and didn’t want to be carrying around mouthwash in a bar. But I decided that I’d do it now, because I would be drinking lots and lots of alcohol later and wouldn’t want to do it once I got drunk. Plus, if you’ve used one CVS Pharmacy, you can easily use them all. Nice. It took the pharmacist all of 10 mins to fill my prescription. I didn’t even notice the wait because I was trying to buy the BOGO acetaminophen. The sign on the shelf said 24 count tablets, but it was in front of the 24 count caplets… I, for the life of me, don’t know what the difference is, and neither did the clerk. But not a problem. She gave it to me at the sale price anyway. Thanks, because I was feeling no pain within the hour of downing those pills. Off to get drunk! Yay!

Also, there aren’t any cashiers at this location. It’s self — checkout only. However, there’s always an employee looking over your shoulder for assistance if needed and also, to prevent theft. Their cookie and chip selection isn’t as big as other locations but it’ll do, since it is a 24 hour CVS.

The«24-Hour Pharmacy» sign outside? Yeah, disregard that. The clerk standing idly by the mandatory self check-out told me that 24-hours refers to the store only. «People get confused about that all the time.» Silly me discovered this after traipsing eight blocks in the cold and then having to navigate an avalanche of box clutter outside and inside this decaying store.

This CVS had a wider variety of products before the renovation a few years ago. The pharmacy area is generally under staffed causing long lines and much waiting. At any given time half of the self-checkout stations are malfunctioning and offline. I only come here out of necessity.

Standard CVS, nothing special or memorable. Just your quick stop for last minute items you may need at the moment.

I have shopped at CVS my whole life, including filling my prescriptions through them even when I’ve moved to different states, and I’ve never had a complaint until I started going to this store. This is the most poorly operated store I’ve ever been into. First, the store never has cash registers staffed by people open, only four self-checkout lanes, two of which never work. So there’s always a wait. On top of that, there is always one staff member«helping» people through the self-checkout, which normally entails that staff person scanning everything and showing the person how to use the machine. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of having self-checkout? Second, the staff members themselves are incredibly rude and disrespectful. The other day I was in the store and one of them was using pickup lines on a customer and when she left, he turned to another male customer and said«damn, did you see her?» That is beyond inappropriate, and makes me feel uncomfortable going there myself. In addition, the store is poorly stocked, messy, and the items are not priced correctly(sometimes the same item has two or three different price tags on it — meaning, when you go to «self-checkout,» you have to wait for a staff member to come help you figure out the correct price). The only reason I am now going to this CVS is because it is convenient to my apartment, and sometimes has last-minute items. However, it would absolutely be worth transferring my prescriptions to a Duane Reade or another store further away, if it means I’ll get better customer service and actually be able to find the products I’m looking for.

I’ve been to better CVSs, this particular place is a little slower and not as well stocked. I come here for necessities I forgot at home. Come here for convenience but don’t expect more. $ 4.99 for their store brand nail polish? No thanks.

Awesome selection! Extrabucks are the best… you get tons of money to buy more stuff you need. The staff at this store is great. Helpful and friendly. Shop here!

This update is for their Kodak Digital Kiosk. Summary: It sucks. Can’t read my USB when I checked it on 2 different computers. You can’t zoom out more than once and you can’t discard photos you don’t want and not pay for them(Walgreens lets you do this). The bluetooth feature doesn’t work with iPhones either.

SOOOO much nicer, cleaner, and more organized than the CVS on 3rd Ave. The checkout procedure, while confusing, and often slowed by old people and register software crashes, is still less frustrating than the one at 3rd Ave.

I dread coming to this CVS. Interesting, as it is brand new(thus very clean and organized), and attached to my building — so who can beat the convenience? It is the checkout procedure that SUCKS!!! You can never figure out where the line is, which registers are open, where you are supposed to stand, and there are big columns which block the view depending on which side you are on. Then, when you finally do figure out where you are supposed to be, it is inevitably behind an elderly woman who checks each price as it scans, talks to the cashier about it, then pays with coins retrieved from her painfully slow to open zipper pouch one at a time. It makes me want to douse myself with gasoline and light a match. I wonder why I can tolerate long, long, long lines that are organized and orderly but this place makes me insane.

This CVS is very organized and clean. I enjoy the fact that I can push around a little cart too. Just get your basic toiletries and snacks here and sign up for a CVS card for Extra Care Bucks and coupons. This place could have a little more stuff such as hangers.
