Cosi always has good service but this visit I was really impressed with Jessica. She seemed so warm and genuine. Pretty rare in general much less in the service industry. My steak gorgonzola sandwich was fresh and delicious.

Horrible. Here for 20 minutes and the girl comes over to ask what I ordered. I tell her. She asks if I got it. I said ‘no’. Really? Worst, rudest service ever… if I didn’t pay I’d just walk out. Staff seems to be having a good time though… lots of laughter behind the counter. maybe less socializing and more service would help. Update, ½…even after check-in, never got served. Asked for my money back, gave it to me with no argument at least.

Rushed out to get a salad at Pret but decided to try Cosi. I ordered the Cosi Cobb… the manager helped me with options for the salad dressing… only to forget the salad dressing. Now I’m starved and have to wait until I get home to eat a perfectly good salad. Way to go, Cosi! I will stick to Pret and Mangia.

What a shame. I have such fond memories of Cosi from Philadelphia. I remember great sandwiches and treats, good coffee and teas. A fun inviting place to meet friends. None of this describes this location. The staff(less one girl who was running around like crazy and was SO sweet) is lazy and rude. I saw a guy yell at a group because they asked him to bus a table. The place needs makeover, the chairs and benches are torn and the tables grimy. We ordered drinks, a hot chocolate(which was tasty) and a white chocolate honey vanilla mocha. The WCHVM was sour and not a lick of honey. There were a few cookies to order for treats but that was it. :-/

I’ve never had anything that I didn’t like at Cosi. Favorites: chicken salad(make your own) & pesto chicken sandwich. This location specifically is huge, has great service and very friendly staff. They lose a star because I always wait more than I would like to for my food but everything is always very fresh and made for you on the spot. Pro: If you dine in, you can sit and wait and the food is brought to your table.

I go to the Cosi on 6th and 23rd. I have been there a few times and they have *always* somehow screwed up my order. The other day I got the Peruvian salad and they forgot to put in the avocado, the time before that I got the Adobo Lime Chicken salad and asked them to go light on the dressing and I got light dressing instead of just a small amount of the Adobo dressing, the time before that, they just gave me the wrong salad altogether. I don’t know if it’s just bad luck or if this is how they normally run their business. If it’s the latter I’m not sure how they stay in business. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the bread– which when enough time passes I forget how they pooch screwed my order, and can only remember how good that bread was.

I come in here nearly every am for a coffee refuel. The employees are always so friendly, smiling and speedy to accommodate. I genuinely find myself in a better mood after stopping in(which can be quite a feat to accomplish on certain mornings.) My one complaint is that they don’t seem to have a tip jar! I’ve come here for lunch here and there too. The restaurant has ample space to dine in and they don’t seem to mind if you set up shop to do some work for a bit either. Menu is standard, by-the-book Cosi. you know what you’re getting. My favorite has to be the flatbreads!

I’m not into paying this much for ANY kind of «sammich» on the regular. However, every once in a blue, I come to this Cosi(because its the closest to me when I’m in the city, and it is sooooo not that serious to travel elsewhere). I like the way they make the Pesto Chicken/sun-dried tomato/mozzarella melt. Again, once in a blue. It’s pretty much the only thing I’ve ever had from a Cosi’s. Otherwise I really dont have a desire to try anything else from here. *shrugz*

Gotta have the tbm and they even have an option with the fat free vinaigrette if you want to knock off some calories. The tbm melt is just as good and I love the sun-dried tomato spread which kind of tastes like their tomato basil soup, another one of my favorites. The hummus & veggies sandwich is also very good and light. Their bread really is the best. Salads are ok but they’re not really substantial unless of course you have half a sandwich with it. I happened to try their mango smoothie last week during their giveaway and they were a bit too sweet for my taste so I’d skip on those.

Flatbread heaven! Così attempts to combine tasty sandwiches with a heathy spin. The food isn’t bad, but a little pricy for what you get. Expect to spend $ 10 for a sandwich and drink.

Are you guys kidding me? I have been to at least 4 different Cosi locations in the city and this one was a joke. I always get one of the melt sandwiches. This time I got the steak and gorgonzola melt. It was so awful that I thought they were kidding. The beef was cold, I repeat: cold! They must have run out of gorgonzola, because I was able to taste it only in one bite. And the bread was barely warmed up. The employee at the cash register was arrogant and the restroom was dirty. I have a hard time rating businesses with one star, because there is always something good even in the bad, but this place sucks big time, especially when compared with the other Cosi in the city. Never again.

this is a very nice Cosi. Cosi is one of my favorite chains in the city. The bread delicious. My personal fave is the signature salad.
