I live a few blocks away, and find myself here every other month. Why? I’m not quite sure. I’ve gotten food poisoning from this location before, and somehow it still draws me back like a siren luring a ship over a cliff. Don’t get me wrong. I enjoy the first half of whatever I’m eating, but somewhere in there, I realize the mistake I’ve made.

Got a bad case diarrhea tonight from the chicken rice bowl. Someone else got the pork bowl with white rice and was fine. I called the store and spoke with manager to inform him what happened. He didn’t take me too seriously. He said it might have been too spicy cause he checked the temperature of chicken tonight. It could be the lettuce or rice not cleaned right. The brown rice was on the raw side tonight. Not sure but this is the first time I’ve eaten at a chipotle which got me sick.

This Chipotle is incredibly slow. The employees are not interested in good service at all and seem bored and annoyed. The line is longer than it needs to be because it’s so slow. They really skimp on the food, like all of it, rice, meat, cheese, sour cream, all except lettuce, they PILE the lettuce on like you’ve asked for a green salad. Every time I saw«just a little lettuce, they heap it on.» I’ve actually gone home and remade my burritos a few times. Terrible Location. Eat somewhere else. I’ve taken to going to real Mexican food carts and restaurant, this location is NOT worth the hassle.

By far the slowest chipotle in the city. Plenty of staff but absolutely zero hustle. Wait time is always way longer than any other chipotle I’ve visited. Plus the restaurant is really hot and stuffy so the wait is miserable. Shame as the food is good.

I don’t know exactly why by this Mexican fast food joint makes me come back over and over again. There’s only one thing that I order though and it’s the chicken salad with guac. Although sometimes, I barely taste the chicken, I heard that back in the days they used to give bigger portions but I’m not complaining now coz I can barely finish one(bulk attributable to the greens). The set-up is pretty typical for a hi-yield fast food with factory-like lineup for a time-efficient component assembly. In a nutshell, if you’re craving something quick and that’s pseudo Mexican, go for chipotle.

This is where your love of Chipotle comes to die! Starting a fitness challenge soon so I thought why not indulge in some delicious chipotle right ?! … WRONG !! All locations aren’t the same ! This is by far the worse quality of food and service out of all the chipotles I been too ! And trust me I’ve been to many. My advice for the sake of your love for Chipotle stay away and just walk to the 74th St location for some Chipotle Love !!

Great staff. The girls are super friendly whenever my girlfriend and I stop by. One time we got hooked up with free chips when my girlfriend gave the female staff cosmetics samples. Lines are pretty long here but the move very quickly.

It’s Chipotle. They’re all the same, right? WRONG! This location has THE rudest worker EVER behind the line. After I got up to the front, the line was crazy long like most Chipotles, I had to wait an extra 10 min for veggies to finish being cooked. As I told one server which add-ons I wanted, they passed my burrito down to Little Miss Nasty. She begins rolling my burrito up as I’m trying to get her attention over the music blasting from the speakers. I asked her to pour salad dressing on my burrito, for that extra special touch, and add guac too. This chick begins wrapping my burrito without the guac. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted anything else on my burrito. Again, I try to get her attention, but she’s ignoring me. The customer behind me in line even tried to catch her eye and got ignored as well. Finally, I had to speak around the glass partition and asked her to add guac before wrapping it. This chick moves my burrito to the side, mumbles under breath, and tells another server to do it. «Wow. You’re an awesome worker for someone whose check depends on customers», I said, dripping with sarcasm. After I paid, of course I asked to speak with the manager who said she’d speak with Little Miss Nasty. And THAT, ladies and gentlemen, is the reason why I will NEVER visit this location again. Beware of Little Miss Nasty. If you ask her to do anything other than what she wants to do or is capable of doing, she just may sneeze on your taco! SMH

I love Chipotle like LOVELOVE Chipotle. This location wasn’t my best experience, just about EVERYSINGLE one of the employees had an attitude and I was NOT happy about that. That being said, the food was still good but I doubt I’ll be returning to this particular Chipotle, especially not with the employees and their attitudes. Hey, not my fault you don’t like your job. $ 30 Off your 1st Über Ride: THWOX

THEWORSTEVER!!! Chipotle Mexican Grill is the McDonalds of Mexican food. I’m not even sure why it is Mexican food other than resembling some of the ingredients. The food is like any fast food chain, comes in pre-made bags from some mega warehouse filled with preservatives and fake flavors. The steak is cut in perfect squares, all the same size. Looks like dog-food, taste like a fake meat product. The other meat(pork type of slop) is flavorless and gives huge amount of stomach gas. Beans straight from the can, with no seasoning at all. Raw onions taste like preservatives. Guacamole is under-ripe and has no flavor. They use lemons instead of lime. The flour tortillas taste like generic store bought, low budget, steamed to a doughy like rubber consistency. Ekkkhh… Forget about the slow service, workers with attitude, not willing to answer any question, like what comes with the order. Dirty filthy tables, food on the floor, un-emptied garbage. It’s way worse than that… If I owned that place I’d fire everyone just for being jerks! I can usually find something good about every place I eat. This place NOTONE — was the worst ever! Do not go!!! Warning, food will make you sick. Much better taco on 72 around the corner, on the taco truck on Broadway &70th, in front of Chase Bank. Yup, that’s right the truck taco is ½ the price and ten times better!!!

Even considering the generally lower standards I have for Chipotle customer service, this location is AWFUL. The people who work there are rude, disinterested, don’t listen to you, and act like you are inconveniencing them by making your order. Avoid if you can.

Went in around 9pm during my break for work, there was no wait I walked right up and ordered my tacos. I wanted steak but there was barely any and they just started cooking more so it would take a while to be done. So I asked for beef and they put a little bit on top. The steak wss cold but the taco was good nonetheless. I also ordered a patron margarita and it was very strong and good; its not worth the $ 9 since the cup was small, but it was good

Highlights: Food insanely delicious. Fast staff, if not super knowledgeable about food ingredients. Great location next to theatre on Broadway. George Saunders quote on bag! And well, I love Chipotle’s attempts to source its ingredients incl meats humanely and healthfully. Love love love that. Lowlights: Out of fajitas, out of lemons, a little dirty, and WORSTBURRITOFOLDINGEVER! Picked up for one bite and entire thing fell apart, ends were not folded and tucked properly ATALL. Restaurant was not crowded so there was no rush needed, no excuse. I ended up using a fork to eat my burrito contents off the tinfoil as a plate.

I mean it’s Chipotle… you cant SERIOUSLY go wrong because the food is fresh and consistent. BUT this location is always a hot mess. Maybe it hasn’t gotten the process down yet since the location is relatively new still but the food line seems sloppy and unorganized. BUT i will continue to visit since it is in my neighborhood.

Slowest service in any Chipotle I’ve ever been in. Two days ago I waited seven minutes(I timed it) to begin placing an order when there was only one girl ahead of me. There’s one girl working behind the counter who looks like she hates her life(as do most people working in the food business so I don’t blame her). On another occasion there was a huge line and one employee made his lunch thus slowing down the process of the line moving even more. They do give good portions 90% of the time, though. That’s why they’re getting 3 stars. But as someone said before, they need to test their rice prior to serving it as a lot of the time it tastes as if they threw in a 50lb bag of it.

Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on ME. Learned my lesson with this joint. Bad guacamole karma. I only get one thing at Chipotle: veggie bowl w/guacamole, and chips. The first time I ordered via my app, it took me till i got home that I realized they forgot my guac, though I specifically ordered it. Those of you who know me(look at any other Mexican food reviews), know how crucial my guac is to my Mexican food. They were out the second time I ordered from there. NEVER. AGAIN. You won’t have to worry about me ordering from here ever again.

Against my better judgement I went here again. This time they were out of white rice. WTF Chipotle? Get it together. When I pointed out that’s kind of a big deal when you’re operating a Mexican restaurant, the girl said it a) wasn’t a restaurant and b) pointed out they had brown rice, which«is the same». Seriously? I’m done with this location.

I was so excited about the opening of this Chipotle, as I am a Chipotle fiend and the one at Amsterdam &72nd, which(was) the closest to my abode, is awful. This new Chipotle, a few blocks from my apartment, is one of the best in the city, very fresh tasting, with good portions. So glad to finally have a good Chipotle in the neighborhood.
