Man I love this place. The employees there are super friendly and actually care about their costumers. Love Auntie Anne’s !!

If I could give no stars I would. The people working at this location have such bad attitude, they think they are doing you a favor by serving you pretzels. Also, the girl who was mopping the floor just left her mop to pick up a pretzel for a customer. After waiting for over ten mins for a pretzel it’s all dough in most bites.

In a land of stale pretzels sold from hot dog carts, your first bite of Auntie Anne’s will sure come as a surprise. «No way, is this what a soft pretzel is supposed to taste like?!» That was my reaction. My boyfriend’s was similar when he had his first bite the other day and couldn’t believe how moist these pretzels are. Make sure to buy a drink(I recommend the frozen mango drink!) because you WILL get thirsty. I repeat, you WILL get thirst. BUY A DRINKTOGOWITHIT. The only downside to Auntie Anne’s is not getting a drink and dying of thirst after — but that’s totally avoidable so just be smart and look at their drink menu, too. Plain and cinnamon sugar are my favorites. And I love that they come as a regular soft pretzel, pretzel sticks, or pretzel bites. Little choices like that are nice to have. Personally, I find the pretzel sticks to be the best for snacking.

How can you hate on Auntie Anne’s? Yes, it’s mall food. Yes, it’s $ 3.35 for a pretzel(including tax). But it’s so delicious! Soft, tender pretzels with just the right amount of chew. And the flavors – cinnamon sugar and almond are my favorite. The savory ones aren’t quite so successful(both the garlic one and the sour cream and onion taste like flavored powder) They’re even tasty plain with a bit of salt(and possibly a bit cheaper?). So much better than the street cart pretzels(which are dry and bland and gross, and not even comparable!). The major downside is the service – like your typical mall-type franchise, you have typical mall-type employees. Half the time it’ll be great, the other half… not so much. But at least you’ll have your pretzel, and that’ll make it all better. Tip: There’re all kinds of other options here – dipping sauces, drinks, pretzel sticks, and even pretzel dogs(hot dogs with pretzel instead of bun).

The pretzels here are slightly better than the ones that are sold from the hot dog carts, with more variations that include salted, buttered, and sweet topping shavings. Its a tourist central stop for folks who are on their way to the 42nd street stretch of Times Square. Prices will be more outrageous obviously and the food is nothing to boast about other than the specialized pretzels. There is no seating here, unless you want to try sitting on the nasty sidewalk.

This place is great for pretzels lovers. They have varities of pretzels, sugared and salted. I loved the cinnamon rasin. They are inexpensive, made fresh and hot. I think I am going to stop by next week and get one.
