Be careful, the employees either didn’t know what they are doing, or lied customer. When I went to complain, the store manager blamed me misunderstanding his staff! They should have better training before dealing with customers. Worst experience ever!

Just outright poor, bordering on rude with a touch of arrogance service. I’m sure I’m not that important a customer to AT&T, but nonetheless I pay almost $ 500 a month for services, ad simply wanted to add a Samsung S 6 edge to my package. I fairly quickly realized I knew more about AT&T packages than did the staff, which I guess is as a result of the torturous experience of using the AT&T website — so remarkably slow for a Telco’s site, it enables me to read every single word on every page as I browse to the page I actually want. Anyway, suffice it to say, I still don’t have my Samsung S6 Edge, so will buy it on-line I suppose — which also oddly is apparently(or so I was told) the only place I can buy the 128GB version anyway. My advice, don’t waste your time going into this store.

I come here almost everyday. It’s awesome and the staff is super friendly!!! I’m going to recommend all my friends and family to this location from now on!!! :) Together we can make this a better AT&T!

This place is AWFUL. DONOTGOHERE. I went in to upgrade my phone/renew my contract. The sales guys(Tahla I think?) kept pressuring me into switching my plan and sign up for a different AT&T service. I just wanted to keep what I had, but he kept pressuring me and insulting my choice. I was firm in what I wanted, but he brought over the manager to try and get me to switch plans! I was insulted so I left and after I left THEYSWITCHEDMYPLAN anyways. I didn’t sign or pay for anything, and I lost my unlimited data. Luckily, an AT&T rep fixed everything over the phone, but I will never go back to this store.

Very very slow customer service…(Even worst than the DMV) Waiting more than one hour to just change a damaged SIM card. avoid this place if possible.
