I went in for a consultation years ago and this lawyer was extremely brash. I was in a difficult situation and asked a lot of questions — he kept cutting me off, giving me one or two-​word answers. The office charged $ 100 for a consultation fee, the lawyer sat with me for maybe 10 minutes, then said he had another appointment and simply left the room. I sat there with my jaw hanging and felt so confused. I’ve worked with many attorneys throughout the years, some are kind and respectful. This was one of the worst experience I had. I didn’t walk away with any useful information on my case. Thanks to Unilocal I can share this story with others. Be aware!
