I just started working with Clyde but so far he has been efficient and very helpful. I had discussed 2 separate matters with him and he had a lot of information on both. One was a debt collection letter that seemed questionable and the other was tenant/​Building issues. He was very timely with his communication and tried to take all factors into consideration.

He not only answered the phone at 1030p (thought I was going to leave a message) but he scheduled me for less than two days later. He didn’t call me at the agreed upon time (he did say he may call late depending) but when I called him to see if he was still planning on calling me, he spent a very long time on the phone with me. He truly cares about people, it is clear in how he handled my situation, I also realized that the service who referred me to him incorrectly stated that he dealt with real estate yet he still took the time to consult me and he genuinely seemed to want to help, he even offered I call him at a later time if I needed anything else.
