Papa Johns pizza is my favorite pizza out of any place maybe with the exception of domino’s which is also on my top 5 list. If you’re ever having a pizza party or youth group meeting I implore you to strongly consider getting papa john’s. The crust is always cooked right and is not too doughy or too burnt and if you dip the crust in the garlic sauce it is like a party in your mouth. The carryout service is very prompt. The most I’ve had to wait is 40 min to pickup my pizza and cookie which tasted better than a warm serving of justice. All in all the pizza is good, the sauce is on the sweeter side, but still tastes very flavorful and the crust dipped in garlic sauce is second to none. The cheese as well is good and does not have any odd tastes which some pizzas have. Quality food.

This place is awful. I had several slices of a large cheese pizza and taste-​wise Papa John’s falls somewhere between under cooked Domino’s and a cardboard box. With so many awesome pizza places and restaurants that serve pizza in town, I can’t fathom why anyone would go to Papa John’s.
Go to Conrad’s, go to Giorgio’s, go to Broadway… just don’t f-​ing go here… nasty

Ordered two (2)-topping pizzas. One was under cooked, and the other was burnt on the bottom. I ordered on line with a coupon for the two pies and a cookie for 27.92 $. 20 minutes after a got my pizzas, the store called me. I believe it was the store manager (he did not interduce himself), and accused me of «short changing» the driver. He told me that my order was 43.00 $…I told him my email and pizza box said 27.92 $. He then proceeded to be extremely rude, and said «is it your name and address on the box?».When I said yes .he huffed and said he would look it up on the computer.; then just hung up. …My question is «why didn’t he look it up on the computer to begin with?, before accusing me of essentially stealing. My first and last time going to papa johns. I gave the driver almost a 10.00 $. Tip… only to be accused of stealing..

We ordered a cheese pizza and it was not cooked enough — the cheese on top looked cooked, but underneath it was not — and the pizza seemed soggy. There were way too many employees (seemed like more than necessary) standing around. I don’t think they were all paying attention to what they should be doing. The pepper in the box leaked through over everything
Chicken poppers were okay but tiny.

This place is MUCH better than the Papa Ginos across the street in the Shaws Plaza. This Papa Johns is small though, carry out or delivery, no tables! The staff are friendly and pizza is great. I would highly suggest them over the worst Papa Ginos across the street
