Broadway Pizza and Grill

My husband and I have been looking for a good pizza place in Norwood when we came across Broadway. We have only ever gotten delivery from here but it has not been anything less than satisfactory. The food is amazing and the service is out standing. When they don’t have something they call us right away and ask if there is something else they can get us. They’re always here in a timely manner. And the delivery guy is awesome. Always asks how we’re doing, always has a smile on his face, and is always so polite. Will not go anywhere else in Norwood besides here.

My first time ordering from here was a bad experience but I decided to skip on the review and assuming that it was simply a rainy day for them at the restaurant. Today I order again for the second time and it took them 1 hour and 53 minutes for them to deliver my food. When I called an hour in they mentioned that the delivery driver left 45 minutes ago. RIDICULOUS
food was cold and soggy

I actually look forward to placing my orders with John (owner) on the phone. Service is quick, employees are so friendly and the pizza is BOMB. I’ve eaten here three times this week. Absolutely best pizza place in Norwood. It’s a must! Delivery times are impeccable also. I would recommend to Get the chicken garlic Broccoli pizza!

Best Pizza and Calzones in Norwood! Very convenient location and very friendly.

Only tried a cheese pizza so I won’t say it’s not a great place but the cheese pizza was definitely subpar. My first impression was dirty, broom at entrance with debris on ground not picked up around it. The 5 minutes I was there the broom stayed there. I am not a fan of toddlers being in the preparation area but that was the case. Think it’s a one and done.

Don’t bother with the terrible McDonalds across the street! Go to Broadway instead. Amazing pizza and burgers, locally at amazing prices.
Never too busy, and those nights when Papa Johns and Papa Gino’s have an hour wait, this place is 10 minutes.
Plus, it’s only 5 minutes from my house!
Only problem is parking, yet they aren’t ever busy!

Best sub shop in Norwood/​Westwood. Great friendly service and delivery. When in the restaurant they go out of their way to make you feel at home. The food is well seasoned, well-​prepared and delicious. You cannot go wrong with their steak bombs or Italian subs. Their pizza is great too.

Decent. And probably more a 3 ½ star if that were an option. I prefer New York style pizza. This was a little thicker than that. Also I’ve seen comments referring to it being a bit soggy in the middle of the pizza. I noticed that as well. Not terrible, but noticeable. Additionally, the Buffalo chicken strips were passable. Nothing outstanding, but good. It did get here by delivery fairly quickly, so that’s a plus as well.

The pizza is great, the sandwiches not so much. We ate there twice and never will again. The second time we ordered delivery and paid with cash. The driver came back after 10 minutes and tried to tell us we gave him the wrong amount of money and that he needed more. After calling and speaking with the manager, later that night we got a call back and the driver magically found the money on the floor of his car. Never going back.

Best place to order in! My favorite is the Hawaiian pizza!.My only issue is that the center of the pizza is too wet. I put it in my oven to crisp it up, but that’s the way I like it. I think it’s because they put it on wax paper in the box and it sweats. Still recommend, it’s delicious!

First time and I love it. The delivery was on time. The food is really good I ordered Italian and ziti from there.

We have ordered from many restaurants in the norwood area since we moved here in October. Broadway is by far the best. Not only is the food (including the salads) excellent, but the delivery guy takes the time to hear my four-​year old ramble out some bizzare story and humors him.
Tonight we ordered dinner. Steak tip house salad, chicken sub, chicken wings (best I’ve had), and a slice of pepperoni pizza for my little man (a slice is ¼−1/3 of a pizza). They forgot to bring his pizza and I was a little bummed, but we had a slice in the fridge for him. I’m too lazy to complain after working overnight 17 hours straight and kid still had pizza. 20 min later-​knock on the door. My son’s $ 2.75 slice of pizza. Guy says «you didn’t call to say we forgot the slice of pizza!»
Do you know any other place that will admit their mistake when you don’t even complain? Or drive all the way back for a measly $ 2.75 to ensure you have your exact order? I don’t. Broadway would get a 6 out of 5 if I could rate it as such on foodler, Unilocal,and any other site.
Next time we’ll get the delivery guy’s name and give him a shout out here!

This place is the real deal when it comes to food. My buddy Steve put me on this place and I havent stopped going since… their chicken broccoli and ziti is my favorite meal. Every time I call the guys have it ready in 10 to 15 min. They are very professional and very polite. Check it out for yourself.

This was some darn good pizza. They nailed the Margherita for me. I also got a salad and some super yummy cheesecake. This made my night and fulfilled my craving for some east coast pizza since I’m from California. The staff was totally friendly and the online ordering part is awesome. We got takeout and everything was ready for us by the time we got there.

All I have to say is that I was so disappointed! Ordered a sub and what I got was not appetizing At all! The tomatoes were huge slices not cut like in a usual sub. Huge pieces of onions. I had to wait forever for it be ready and there was only one other person in there w me! Not going here again!
So I gave it another try and was very pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent and friendly. I ordered a grilled chicken Greek salad and onion rings and they were delicious! Glad I gave it another shot !

Very long wait time for some chicken wings, was told it would be worth the wait and it wasn’t at all. Not to mention the price for this place isn’t cheap, more on the expensive side for take out.

Well, back to Broadway again. This has become a favorite place to purchase really fresh pizzas and salads. Since we already had a pizza a couple days earlier (no not Broadway’s, we were in Framingham :-)), we decided to try the calzone and paninis. Wow, what a great choice! The Italian calzone was not overloaded, just enough and really good. The panini was stuffed with basil and mozarella cheese and the poppers and greek salad were great as always.
Excellent prices, fresh ingredients, good people. This should be your go to place for pizza and sandwiches in Norwood! Dan

Hubby and I have ordered from Broadway a few times and we have had a great experience every single time. The gentleman taking orders is really nice and polite. They have always gotten our orders right and sometimes go an extra step to see if we needed anything else. When we pick up the food, they are always friendly and polite.
We have ordered pizzas, subs and fries from there. I think they are my favorite place to order steak and cheese subs. Always stuffed with plenty of steak and plenty of melted cheese. A large sub can last me two meals with leftovers! Love their curly fries too. Hubby likes their pizzas, I on the other hand, prefer the NY style thin (no) crust and Broadway’s pizzas are not like that.
Overall great food and great service!

Just moved into Norwood. As virtually all folks in the middle of a move, I was craving some ‘za and beers. Scrolling through local Unilocal pizzeria reviews, nothing was blowing up my skirt. Then I found Broadway, tucked off the main drag with full-​star review. I called in an order for a BBQ chicken pizza, my second favorite go-​to pizza.
Best pizza I’ve had in recent history. And my memory is like that of an elephant.
I got there early, anxious to get out of the war zone that is my apartment. It’s a nice, clean shop with a few tables for dine-​in sitting. I was greeted warmly by Telley, a charming pizza artisan. We chatted while I waited for my pizza, discussed our mutual adoration for all things Nutella (his dessert pizza using Nutella sounds AMAZING).
Prices were incredibly fair for the quality of the pizza I got — tons of chicken, great crust, delicious BBQ sauce that actually had flavor — I hate when places use «BBQ sauce» that’s just brown catsup.
I found my new pizza place. This is a giant check mark on my «to do» list.
