From an experienced weightlifter’s perspective who knows what they’re doing, this place is… meh. But for a novice just getting into the game, the place and the staff are will probably provide a decent starting point. The staff incessantly pushes GNC multivitamins, which are grossly overpriced. Actually, most items in any GNC can be found online for much cheaper.
When they have a BOGO sale you might get a decent deal, but if you’re trying to get the most for your fitness dollar, I’d shop elsewhere. I think they make a ton of sales off impressionable kids who walk in with no clue what to do — 30 minutes later, they’re walking out with $ 150 worth of mass gainer, multivitamins, and pre and post workout powders… so if there’s any 15 year old kids reading this — you don’t need pre workouts, creatine, post workouts, test boosters, etc… just eat, eat, and eat, and lift, lift, and lift, and throw in some cardio and a whey isolate protein shake post workout and you’ll gain strength and size.
Although this review is mostly negative, I give it 3 stars because the female manager with whom I’ve dealt, who may or may not work there anymore, has always been very friendly.

The staff is very helpful. I was greeted right as I walked in and asked if I needed help. I didn’t have to search through isles, the girl that was working brought me exactly what I needed. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!
