Very rude owner. Instead of greeting me when I walked in the door to his empty establishment, he merely glared at me. He then proceeded to berate and bark orders at the server right in front of me. The bread was stale and hard. Will never return and have told friends of my experience. Can’t imagine how this place will stay in business.

I ordered the falafel plate, with the rice and garlic paste as my sides. First off, you don’t get a lot for your money. I know Lebanese is going to be a little on the expensive side, but I felt like I paid for a dinner but received lunch-size portions. Second, the food isn’t very rich. The rice was bland and the falafel was plain. I actually prefer my garlic to be a little on the mild side so that was good. And the gal at the register was nice at least? The description for 2 stars«Meh. I’ve experienced better» is pretty spot-on. I’ll be continuing to get my Lebanese food from Sheesh.

We’ve given this place 3 tries… they refuse to get a carry out order right. Refuse… it’s not even an option for them. There is a reason this place is empty at 1pm during the work week. It’s not rocket science… Get an order right!

Being Lebanese I was super excited to find out this place had halal. I ordered the boneless chicken meal. It was two measly dry pieces of chicken breast with 6 drops of parsley on top. really? No sauce, I was at least expecting a lemon garlic sauce of some sort… meal came with side of hummus, I can make better hummus out of a can adding tahini, lemon and garlic, salt and it would be bette… what topped it off and made me write this review is the bread that was served with my meal. They were mini pita which supposedly they make and bake in house. this bread was baked burnt and than frozen and than served. I kid you not I would not serve that bread to a starving child who hasn’t eaten in days. Cmon guys get it right… feed people the way you would want to be fed. I so so badly wanted to take the bread back to the owner but ain’t nobody got time for that. Sorry come over my house and I’ll feed you better

The falafel sandwich was fresh and pretty thick. The toppings were good. The baba ghannouj was tasty. I’m not a big fan of the super soft Americanized pitas it comes with. I wanted real Arabic khobbuz, not this fluffy stuff. I’ve had the shawarma before and I wasn’t so impressed. I have shawarma standards and so should you. If you fry it in a pan, it is substandard. That is just not the way. It belongs on a vertical rotisserie being marinated by a crown of fat, lemons, tomatoes, and such while being slow cooked… that is the whole point of shawarma. But you’ll need to sell it all quickly, too. So I understand the dilemma. With that in mind, you are better off ordering kabob skewers because they will be freshly grilled and proper. I’ll try theirs sometime to verify this. I was impressed with the falafel sandwich. That is saying a lot coming from me.

Delicious! I’ve been craving some beef kabobs and so glad I stumbled upon this place. I came for lunch and ordered the beef kabob plate. It comes with 2 sides, I went with rice pilaf and the garlic spread. In my opinion the garlic spread shouldn’t be considered a side they give you a lot! I can’t imagine anyone really finishing it all. I would rather have it as a condiment. They also give you bread, It was nice and warm, I dipped it my some garlic spread! The beef plate comes with some sliced onions and pickles which I thought was odd. I would prefer the onions be sliced more thinly. The pieces were too big for me. I couldn’t finish all the beef so I ordered a side of rice pilaf to go, the chef said he gave me some extra rice. Can’t wait to have it for lunch tomorrow! I will definitely make this one of my regular lunch spots.
