Publix

What a dump. Lots of produce that was no longer fresh, and the prices aren’t great. No real service to speak of. When I wanted help finding something, an employee and a manager were talking and couldn’t be bothered to stop when I walked up to ask them. I will try to avoid this place in the future.

This Publix is very awesome and not yet modernized. When arriving it looked very dated and something from the days of old. The service made up for the outside eyesore. Entering the store I was amazingly able to find everything I needed which is every Blue Moon rare for me. After my brief shopping the isles I proceeded to the deli to have a sub made (Wheat Bread, Honey maple turkey, Fontina and Goat Gouda) Please stop licking your lips and salivating, yes it was fantastic and Rose who made my sub was very good and polite. I buy subs all the time but she listened well to me in terms of how I wanted it done and gave a sincere smile the entire time. Thanks Rose for such a great personality and you are much appreciated. I would definitely get subs catered from this publix 100%.

Yes! Coming to this Publix really does SUCK. However, there was this one time when the manager, a young dude-​which he’s probably new there, helped me out with a price and an item… that deserved an extra star. BUT otherwise… yes. the service-​slow, especially customer service-​I mean, I waited in line for like a half an hour and there were only 2 people in front of me!!! The parking-​does suck as well. A lot of the cashiers are slow and the lady that runs the front walks around with an attitude!
**Note: Shopping SHOULD be a Pleasure here not a Slow Inconvenience for shopper… you guys NEED to STEP up Your Service game!!!

This is probably the worse publix ive ever been to. To start off the parking lot is retarded and its a mission to even try to find one. If you do find one you have to walk far. As soon as i got inside i was like woah! This is like the president supermarket version of publix. The rug at the entrance was all dirty, the bathroom was disgusting the merchandising is horrible and the workers are a little unprofessional. Its like walking through a maze in this store. Bakery and deli are on opposite sides of the store, the eggs are buried by a door where employees constantly come in and out with merchandise. Its so hard to find someone if you have a question. We even went to the bakery and we couldnt even find potato bread. There was only one baker and she looked over worked. I just left there with this awry feeling… defenetly not good. This publix needs to be remodeled, new managers, more cleaniness, better merchandising.

No bad service here and I guess they must have sense how critical I am about place in Miami. A worker came to me and asked if I needed help finding something and lead me to my item in a very friendly manner. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I loved it

Terrible service.

Slow is the word for this store. Anything you need to do involving the employees here, you are gonna wait. A sandwich at the deli at like 10 minutes, even if there is nobody else there. The registers, between the laziness, the lack of care and the bullshitting I wish I went to a Win-​Dixie instead. (And I hate Win-​Dixie.
It’s a small older store, lots of parking, but the store itself can get packed.
