Walgreens

This is the worst Walgreens in the USA. They had me wait 30 minutes at the drive thru, literally 30 minutes, THIRTY!, before the dumb pharmacist lady told me that I couldn’t get my prescription filled there because it was more than 3 miles away from my doctors office in brickell. I’m a Medical professional so I knew this was obvious BS talk, so I told her that she was being unprofessional, and drove off because they made me late going back to work. I will report this pharmacist. Terrible place.

To whom it may concern,
I usually don’t write bad reports knowing that it reflects upon the company negatively but I am appalled at the lack of common sense, customer service and productuctivity this store and all the employees have, and here is why.
I ordered TWO prints online from the photo department which were said to be ready at 11:08 pm. I called an hour prior to the prints being done and the gentleman Alexis said he would be able to expedite the process being that they stop prints at 11pm. Which didn’t make sense being that it is a 24 hour Walgreens as well as my pick up time was 11:08pm ???
Anywho,
I arrived to the store 15 minutes early being that the department closed early and I really need the prints. The other gentleman (who’s name I do not recall but it starts with a T) told me 2 – 3 minutes they will be done. OKAY !!
TWENTY MINUTES LATER MY PRINTS WERE STILL NOT DONE. Comes to find out that wholeeeee time the system was broken … After to speaking the manager Jenie I believe her name was she stated Alexis could have printed the pictures and I would have had them earlier and offered me no solution … Oh okay … THANKS ALEXIS, JENIE (and the guy with the T name) im highly upset and astonished at how poor and unknowledgeable these people are.
Here is the best part. I went back earlier this morning after I recorded a email at 12:23 starting that my pictures are ready … Picked them up and opened the package … BAM half the picture was blacked out so I had to wait another 20 minutes to get it resolved .
Moral of the story?
Where are monekys when you need them and never go to Walgreens for prints .

Half of the time they actually have their sale items but the customer service is better.
The female manager is pretty helpful and always greets me but when I come at nights it’s ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ with their customer service. The people in the Pharmacy are pretty cool. However, I still have a rain check from an item that they have yet to stock and NOBODY seems to KNOW why or when the item will be in-stock…Come on Walgreen’s…let’s get it together!!!
