What I appreciate about this McDonalds is that it doesn’t act like a franchise. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of the community. I have never come across a more generous chain restaurant as I have with this Mc Donald’s. The management recognizes accomplishments from students in their surrounding high school and rewards them as such. They go above and beyond to help us promote events to increase community and family engagement in our schools. Thank you McDonalds and the management team at this store for supporting our cause and contributing to bettering our community.

To hell with this particular McDonald’s. I don’t go often but now and then for breakfast I like to splurge and get the number 2 with a medium coffee. More than half the time I get one of the two sandwiches… Yea I should check but come on. Oh and today there were egg shells in the sandwich.

Nice newly remodeled Micky D’s in the North Hollywood area. It’s like a flower among weeds. The area is a little rough around the edges with mixed pockets of gentrification and commercial buildings that look gritty.
Here’s what liked…
* Nice new looking facility.
* So so for pulling over to take a break. I’d probably make it a short break and keep an eye on my vehicle.
Here’s what I didn’t like…
* Restroom doors locked. Probably a lot of homeless people floating around.
* Went to the restroom and someone was washing himself. Probably body good habit, but not a usual activity.
* (subsequent visits) Boy, this place is a magnet for some crazy people. I’ve NEVER encountered anybody who rushed to beat me to a stall and started cackling with a maniacal laugh in my life! Bizarre…
Food = as expected
Seating area = strange remodel. felt very spartan like a jail or restroom.
Service = average
Restroom = locked. need to be rung in from the front counter. newly remodeled and looks nice, but I hate people who pee all over the floor and there’s no way to avoid stepping in it. f*ck’n disgusting!

Crime here from time to time when funds are low but I need to eat. So I also come with coupons and its always a hassle whenever I use them. I was also told they don’t use the McDonald’s app coupons but still have the scanners for them.

Warning — only carries the children’s happy meals books in Spanish. Don’t waste your money if you don’t speak Spanish.

McDonald’s gets 2 to 3 stars max automatically in my book — just because it is McDonald’s. But this particular one must be pointed out — because it is not corporate owned — it is privately owned. And this means that it does not need to adhere to the nationally advertised deals.
In short — this McDonald’s does not offer the one dollar large drink, And for me — the one dollar large drink brings me to this franchise.

Guys your new crafted sandwiches are good but I’m only giving you 1 star because you didn’t give us all our food on our order, which is the first rule of drive through. Because there’s no way I’m driving back by the time we get home and sit down eat. Very disappointing.

Never go here for drive thru breakfast.
I ordered a meal and then an extra hashbrown, they forgot it and it wasn’t until I was down the street did I realize it.
Same goes for my coffee! Why take the order if you’re not going to put the milk in? If it was that much trouble I could’ve done it myself, but I wasn’t even given that.
Guess I’ll start my no fast food eating plan.

Okay I love eating here always but you guys are horrible, I ordered a number one literally right now and both of my buns on my burger were burned. Please at least learn how to make the most known meal here.

Couldn’t even explain why there’s no wifi when other locations have it. And to top it off, their bathroom looked like it was straight from a homicide scene, yellow tape and all.

No wifi and they removed the couple of power outlets they had. I see a lot of homeless sitting around and one guy asleep snoring… I am going to try to ad void this location unless I have to… I like going to some locations like Balboa and White Oak because I can sit there on my computer eat my meal while watching Netflix or Hulu and then get some school work done…

There are only two things I require from a McDonald’s: dollar Diet Coke and free WiFi.
Diet Coke: flatter than an anorexic supermodel.
WiFi: none.
Typically, this is where one says «fail.» But failure implies effort.

McDonald’s isn’t great food, but at when you’re running late in the morning, it’s at least breakfast. Unless they totally are so busy chitchatting that they screw up your order. The menu is limited so it’s no rocket science. You go to McDonald’s when you’re in a hurry, it negates that value when you have to return get back in line, waste time because they screwed up.. Avoid this place.

Ordered an Asian Salad, what I ended up getting was a southwest salad with sesame ginger dressing … Yeah this place is a shithole.

Haven’t been to a horrible McDonald’s in a while, but this location just made my «Horrible Places to Eat» list in Los Angeles.
The worst customer service I’ve had in a long long time. Heavy set Latina girl working the 2^nd window (6÷2÷15 10:25pm-ish) in the drive thru had a very bad attitude.
For starters she had us repeat everything that we ordered when we got up to the window, and then she cops an attitude asking for our payment and yanks the card from my fiances hand.
We also asked for our receipt and she said that she couldn’t get one because the machine ran out of paper … isn’t that when you’re supposed to refill it? #Shady
I started to eat the McWrap on our drive home and the chicken was cold. I’ve had this wrap at other locations and it’s always hot. #Ridiculous!
You would think for such a prime location, corporate McDonald’s would maybe try to fix the issues here. You can guarantee that we will never be back and I really hope that this location gets closed, no one deserves serve like that.

My God is this Mc Donald’s a wonderland, and I do not mean that in any good way. The things I have witnessed here are far too horrifying. Let’s start with most of the customers here. A lot of junkies — bearable but awkward. A lot of high school kids in the afternoon — unbearable. The men’s room is a drug using playground. So if you’re in the drive through you won’t have to enter in hell, but merely pass around it’s gates.
In all fairness, the customer service here is good. Never had any problems but one time I had far too little ice cream on my dollar sundae and that infuriated me. Come on it barely reached the darn lid.
So if you plan on coming here for whatever awful reason, I warn you enter but do not sit. See, but do not watch. Stay in here for over ten minutes and you’ll find damnation.

The signs say open 24 hours but they weren’t open. I like this place so that was a bit disappointing. Wish it would have said closed on Unilocal before I drove over here. (2:30am morning after Thanksgiving)

The cheese on my Filet-​o-​Fish changes every time. It started with a half of cheese slice to a ¼ piece of a cheese. When I asked the employee why my cheese keeps getting getting small and does not look like the photos McD’s promotes in advertisements, she responded by just telling me that management tells them to make the cheese smaller. When I asked for a full slice of cheese, they said that they’d have to charge me extra. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
Other than that the place is clean and usually full with students from the nearby schools.
