The Dominos experience did not get off to a good start. No matter which browser I used, I could neither view a menu online nor find locations. I usually like to be prepared before I go somewhere new. This was my first ever visit to a Dominos Pizza. It was a Saturday at 1:00pm. I ordered an extra cheese pie for just $ 10.00 for carryout. I sat on a bench while I waited only 10 minutes while listening to an episode of «Bob’s Burgers» which was playing in the kitchen. The extra large size is probably comparable to large everywhere else. The taste is amazing and matches the tastiness of Pizza Hut, both of which I consider to be superior.

The WORST Dominos I have every had!!! They can’t manage to get a cheese thin crust pizza with extra sauce right, I’m starting to wonder how they even have that Dominos open!!! And the delivery lady is soooo RUDE and never has change… I will definitely not be ordering pizza from there again!!!

Terrible and FORGETFUL service! Ordered for carry out, waited until the«pizza tracker» said it was ready to be picked up, and when we arrived they forgot to make the sandwich! Only 2 out of the 4 items were made and the soda was also forgotten. Do not order from here unless you only want half of what you paid for until you remind these incompetent people.

Failed to deliver the cinnamon sticks on my order after being extremely late. This is the worst experience a customer could have. Not sure how this place stays in business.

Awesome pizza! New York/New Jersey pizza snobs are silly people. I highly recommend this joint over any of the higher priced«real» pizza spots.

Horrible service. The guy on the phone/manager had an attitude. Very Rude. Got delivery 2 hours later. Sent it back with the driver. Called the owner Mohamed. He apologized. But too little too late! Lost the customer forever.

This may be the best experience yet… Food sat on the heat rack from 7:45 to 8:34 according to whomever I spoke with in store. And that seemed okay with him because there was only one driver. The last time that this happened there was only one driver when I called. Seems to be a consistent problem that needs to be corrected. Seriously– anticipated time was 15 – 45 minutes. He should have apologized, offered to remake the food and pay for it– there are mistakes and then there is «just don’t care.» If running longer than anticipated, the customer should be called before having to call the store. Very inconsiderate. The store is less than 4 miles from my house– I could have gone and picked it up if I had been notified. My favorite part was that I was told that«he had to go all the way to Hawthorne. I live in Hawthorne!» We will now see how long it takes to drive 3.5 miles as I was just informed that it left…20 minutes and counting with no food. I love the tracker. 25 minutes and no food. Driver just called to say he’s outside and went out– nowhere to be found. 10 minutes later, go back outside and there is a random bottle of Fuze Iced Tea on my front stoop. No one around, a car quickly backs up down my street from the other end of the block. Driver gets out and let’s me know that he brought me a tea because no diet coke. I go to take food and he asks for money. I payed with a credit card!!! Called the manager who wouldn’t answer the phone for me the last two times that I have tried to call and he wants me to give him cc number over the phone. 1 hour and 50 minutes after I ordered food– I still don’t have food because I just said to forget it. You cannot make this up. Hopefully Domino’s will shut this franchise down.

Pizza took over an hour to be delivered, and arrived cold. The pizza delivery man then tried to force us to take the food anyway, after we told him we no longer wanted it, because it was cold. Very unprofessional. — On another occasion, one of their delivery people referred to me as «light skinned» while delivering my food.

This may be the worst pizza delivery business in history. Not only did it take an hour, their web site wasn’t working, their credit card wasn’t working, and the driver, who barely spoke English through a thick Spanish accent, was sent out with no change. We will never order from them again. Not the drivers fault, he was pawn and looked hungry.
