Changed name, its now the red brick Inn. Wings are good, Club sandwhich is good, the onion soup is really good. Can eat at bar or table. They have specials as well, clean place and had some work done inside. Very good spot for lunch or dinner.

I am going to offer up on this review 5 Stars because of the grand level of improvements that are going on at the Bayshore at current time. The inside is becoming quite beautiful and very well organized for an excellent food experience. As a bar it has escalated its ability to let its patrons share in a great time with a variety of personality types present. You feel very welcomed by the friendly & communicative staff. We enjoyed a couple craft beers and interestingly creative cocktails. The pomegranate martini was a perfect blend of flavors & alcohol and well presented. I must say though that there is room for improvement on carrying a larger assortment of craft beers. The bartender told me they only had a couple but i assume that will change once all the improvements take hold. We sat at the bar & enjoyed a shrimp appetizer which was glazed in a wonderfully balanced spicy sauce over top a bed of lettuce. Our entrees consisted of Meatballs paired with ricotta(scrumptious), Wings that were dry rubbed & topped with fried onions(amazingly delicious) and a Filet Mignon Special that literally melted in your mouth… so unbelievably tender. The food really really shined tonight as it has lately… the owners have clearly stepped into a new realm of restaurant and it shows at every turn. It must be noted, as in any restaurant, that the bathrooms are very updated & very clean. There is a new renovation going on as well that appears to be a pizza oven bar & counter area… another amazing addition. I’m sure it will be well received & i will be anxious to come back in to try it. It really was an excellent time this evening hanging out with friends and meeting new people there as well. I would recommend the Bayshore Inn(soon to undergo a name change) to anyone for a great time & great food in an amazingly improving setting that successfully mixes in a variety of patrons. There is also an attached full liquor store & banquet room for private parties. Live Music is also always going on… Check it out!

I’ll give it 2 stars because I know the food is good, but the service is horrible. All new waitresses. They are«out there». My husband and I just walked out. We sat for 20 minutes being ignored. Ugh, used to like this place. What an unorganized mess.

Ever since the new owners took over a few years back the food has been very good. Staff is friendly. If you fancied this establishment way back in the day and had a horrible experience… It’s time to revisit!

loved the wings and the sauces! Honey hot is delicious. Great potato skins too. All of the staff is super friendly. Overall great bar atmosphere without having to drive over the bridge into cape may.

This place isn’t the best. It is newly remodeled, but the food is only so so and the service is slooooow due to a combination of both the server but mostly the kitchen. The bread and butter they give you is inedible it’s so blah and stale. Both the chicken and shrimp francoise was yummy, but what fried food isn’t? The linguine with mussels was tasty with a very generous amount of mussels, however, the garlic bread that came with the dish was again stale and over-toasted. Maybe if they improved their bread and speed of service I would come back.

Had dinner there tonight because we had a $ 25 gift card. I was worried based on the reviews. Pleasantly surprised. Service was good, attentive and friendly. The bar was filled and the dining room was half full. We ordered the corn fritters app… decent. We had the crab cake dinner special with lobster Mac n cheese… very tasty… Generous portion with good flavor. And the country fried chicken with mash and spinach. Chicken tender and crunchy with good taste, fresh mashed and spinach. 3 beers and 1 cocktail for $ 50. Good deal… good food… give it a try!

The Bayshore Inn is recently remodeled and much better — no longer the musty, dirty hole it used to be. The food is surprisingly good — everything from entrees to salads to appetizers are prepared with fresh ingredients and served hot. There are great bands on Saturday nights(in particular check out Allison Mars Project and the Sindi Raymond Band). Service is hit or miss… Bartender Paul is great, but the female bartender is unfriendly and unattentive to the point of being oblivious unless you use a flare gun, and the table service isn’t great. But overall, definitely worth going for the food, atmosphere, much improved interior, and live bands.

Since they fixed the place up, it’s not the dive bar it once had the reputation for. The crowd is mostly local regulars. The food is surprisingly good, if a little on the pricy side. The bartender Pauly makes drinks that will have your head spinning after your second round. They have awesome live bands on Sat nights.

This place is a dive, but I usually have a good time there. The crowd is a bit older, but I don’t mind … they can get some pretty good bands in there. I don’t usually check to see who is playing, or if anyone is playing before going though… so it’s just a pleasant surprise when there’s a good band :) The food isn’t bad either… not great, typical bar food, but there are some booths and tables by the dance floor. It’s worth giving a shot if you’re out of other ideas.
