Pizza D’light

If you live in Miami beach you know the struggle to get some food after 2am. Not too mention delivery and something that’s actually good! This place delivered in all aspects as far as late night, fast delivery, and a hot box of pretty dang good pizza. Don’t order pasta and stuff you would expect at a restaurant at 5pm. Lol think smart and this place will come through and make you happy I promise.

Pizza is great. I love the homemade dough. Italian sub and Greek salads are good too. Wraps good. Would give 5stars but have been less that 100 percent impressed with some of the pasta dishes.

I’d give this place a 3 and a half stars if I could. We were hungry late night and this place was open for delivery via a good delivery app. We got a pizza and cheese ravioli with pink sauce. Good portion sizes. My bf and I ate half and had the other half the following day.
I’d order again!

Waited over 1 hr for a simple pizza orders ahead of time wow and the place is not even full lol that’s why i stopped coming here I remember waiting for close to 1 hr for a slice of pizza a year ago

My friend and I are from out of town and was visiting Miami for the weekend. We were hungry and wanted pasta delivered so we went on GrubHub and Eat24. My friend found this restaurant on GrubHub and tried calling twice. Both times they answered and hung up immediately. So I searched this place on Unilocal to order online. Like I said earlier, I’m from out of town so I rented an AirBnB and live in a separate room. I forgot to tell them to call me instead of knocking on the door. So I called them 5 minutes AFTER it was already suppose to be here and they said the food will leave a few minutes. I told her to tell the driver NOT to knock on the door (because I didn’t want to wake up the owner of the house-​it was about 2:40AM) and to call me instead. Throughout the whole conversation, the lady on the phone was giving me a snobby, rude attitude. When the food came, I get a knock on the door from the owner of the house. You best believe how annoyed and embarrassed I was. I got the food and it wasn’t even that great. The meatball was really dry. Seemed microwaved… even though it took an hour and 23 minutes. I would not recommend ordering online here.

This place just can’t get it right. I feel bad for them because they have a lot of potential there. They’re really nice and I think they mean well; but this was my fourth time trying them out and they missed the mark again, for the fourth time! The pizza and wings are good but they never bring my bleu cheese – though they offer it to me without me asking. They offer discounts on a website that doesn’t work; then you have to literally beg, plead or call the manager to have them honor the price offered for ordering online. I bought a Groupon in for them one night and I had to wait 20 mins while the lady at the counter called someone to «see if she could except it». Wtf? It wasn’t expired or anything. Once she took 3 orders and spent some time on the phone, she finally took my order and I had to wait for the order to be prepared. That night sucked! On another night, they brought me a pepperoni pizza. I ordered a pizza with 4 meats! I know I did because I never eat lightly topped pizza. I need various meats or even veggies (as with a supreme pizza). So there’s no possible way I order a single topping pizza! I believe the guy I spoke with that day was high because he just didn’t get anything I was saying. I called to let them know what happened and the manager lectured me about making sure I ask the person taking my order to repeat everything. Wait a minute, so I place an order and it’s my responsibility to ask the high (or slow) mf taking my order to make sure he got it right? He should be confirming what he got with me! It’s just always something with this place but I never have any issues with D’Bella; so I’ll stick to them. I really wanted to love this place. I really did. I kept trying them because I was in denial that a place with so much potential could continuously screw up my experience with them. This is how small businesses fail, by missing the mark on the smallest things. Good food alone won’t get you lifetime customers.

Ok so the pizza is great! I’ve given this place 5 stars in passed reviews, but they are a mess as a business.
I literally just waited 35 minutes for a slice of pizza, I just waited because it was for my toddler.
The owner lectured me about me not picking up a pizza that I ordered 7 months ago (which by the way never happened!)
I told him I would never do that, there must be a mistake but he continued and tried to basically make me promise it wouldn’t happen again.
The last time I came, they gave away my chicken wings to another person. They are a mess!!!
In NY if u want to buy a slice you just go pick it up and they are ready to go. This place is usually busy, how hard it it to keep a ready to eat pie to sell as slices!!!
It’s sad, because they honestly sell great pizza and wings, but dealing with them is a hassle, it becomes a whole event.

Pizza is mediocre and tastes like the cardboard box it came in. Typical level of crap service for a place like this in Miami Beach. Beware

I like ordering there once a while, but today’s experience will make me bring my business elsewhere.
I placed a pizza and smoothie order, after 30mins I still haven’t got my smoothie, so I ask for it and receive it a while after. Then to realize they made the wrong flavor, so I went back and the gentleman argues that I was wrong, thankfully my receipt proved him wrong.
Not only was the employee rude but the owner was unprofessional.
The Philly pizza lacked taste.
I miss the old administration!

I ordered a large pizza with sausage and asked for it to be cooked well done for delivery. When my order arrived, the pizza looked small and was rubbery. I opened the box in front of the delivery guy and asked if this was a large. He said yes. I said pizza looked small. He smiled and went in his car. Pizza was horrible. I am not ordering from this place again.

Well today me and my husband decided to try a new pizza place. It was very good!
I’m not a crust fan– but I will elaborate on it: it was very soft not hard like most pizza
I loved that the cheese was falling off, the pepperoni was inside the cheese & the sauce has a different flavor but that makes it unique.
The Wings we ask for was buffalo it was delicious!
Only negative the ranch we ordered was fat free in a packet not good but the wings alone were better
I will choose this place over Pizza Fiore no question!

Great customer service… I am a supervisor at a hotel on south beach and i honestly expect a good service everywhere i go. (It’s the only way they can take my money lol) Mr. Hans Portela has been an amazing experience… I DO NOT write reviews unless i feel like expresing myself, i was expecting something mediocre & i received a service as if i was at a 5 star restaurant. My order was double checked twice to confirm aswell as «would you like a refill on your beer while you wait» does not matter the pric e but the attention that Mr. Hans gave me 5 mins before closing. Hans if you need a job at a hotel as a Front Desk Agent, do not hesitate to contact me. I appreciate people like you. THANK YOU. BEST REGARDS Lazaro J Castillo

I ordered the bbq chicken pizza for pickup and was very pleased!

Visited today, as always had a Groupon, decided to try this pizza place. Located in North Bay Village, The Groupon consisted of $ 30 worth of food. I ordered an extra large pizza with half pepperoni and sausage, 6 plain wings with French fries and 20 Oz drinks. I also ordered mozzarella sticks and half dozen of garlic rolls. Mozzarella sticks were good, wing could’ve been better, pizza wasn’t all that great, it had that bland favor, sausage and pepperoni gave it a better taste. I guess I was better off frozen pizza from the grocery store. Make an attempt to support mom and pops location, I wasn’t satisfied at all.

Pizza was good, but the experience was terrible! Slow service! It’s like no one there wanted to work…

I am very disappointed how this place handled my last experience with them but here’s my review. I only ordered pizza and wings from Pizza D’light but it was always simple cheese or pepperoni pizzas. This time around I ordered a Margherita pizza and I was shocked when the pizza was delivered. The guy dropped off a cheese pizza and I called right away letting them know they made a mistake. The lady on the phone said «don’t worry I’ll send him right up again» I was confused because I figured they will take longer to make and delivery my new pizza (the right one at that) He comes back and gives me a side of basil??? I told him I ordered a Margherita pizza and he said that’s what it is, that they just forgot to add the basil on it, it has cheese and tomato sauce already” Above are the pictures of my «Margherita pizza» Yeah never again!!!
