The prices isn’t that bad honestly it ranges from around 15 to 25 a plate. But the quality is amazing you can taste how fresh it is you want something cheap and nasty go elsewhere but if you’re willing to spend a little for great quality go here and ask for Ronaldo. He was our waiter he was excellent.

LOVETHISRESTAURANT! Jose is the sweetest and most helpful waiter I have ever come across. He really makes you feel special and he is incredibly genuine. The food is superb! I highly recommend the garlic roles, they are delicious. I ordered the chicken Parmesan with pasta and my mom ordered a Trio fish dish, with pasta as well. I also LOVE that they have outdoor seating so I can bring my dog. They even had a live piano player, mind you I went on a Tuesday night. So great! It was extremely enjoyable and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Happened to come across this place on groupon so I decided to go there to eat some Italian food. Surprisingly the restaurant was very quiet on a Friday night which I didn’t mind. The décor was nice and elegant. My server waa very nice and definitely knew the menu. He recommended id get the trio pasta which came with salmon, shrimp and grilled snapper. That was one the best pasta dish I’ve had(the best being in Italy). For an appetizer I ordered the crab cake. It was also delicious. Must try! For dessert I ordered the warm chocolate cake with ice cream. Overall the food was very tasty and the service was great. I’m very happy I found this restaurant on groupon because I definitely will be a returning customer.

Mediocre Italian food at terribly inflated prices. Honestly, the only dish that I really enjoyed was dessert, which was actually quite good. The service was very good as well, but the reason for the 2 star deduction was the price and the quality of the main course I had. I recently came to Oggi for dinner on a recommendation from a friend. I actually tried to get a reservation and called nearly 4 times, but I got no answer. I just went on Open table and reserved instead, but they really need to be attentive to their own phones. The service, however, was fantastic. The service was very friendly and every server seemed eager to help. The bread that they serveed in the beginning was okay: nothing amazing. The crab cake was quite good(delectably seared crust with a well-seasoned, plump crab filling), but nearly $ 13(for a crab cake?). On to the main course; I had the Veal Parmigiana and it was absolutely disgusting. In my entire life, I have never had the displeasure of tasting chewy and inedible veal until I ate here. The crust(though crispy) was completely separated from the meat to the point where I would be getting pieces of fried breading and no meat(I was probably better off: the veal tasted horrendous). My guest though had the Chicken Parmigiana, which they said was okay. For the desert, we had the chocolate mouse, which was absolutely delicious. It was really, really small; however, it was simply divine, maybe one of the best chocolate mouses I’ve had in my life and frankly that star of the entire meal. Overall, great service, disgusting veal, but a simply scrumptious dessert. I don’t think I will return, solely because one appetizer, two entrees, and a dessert cost nearly $ 90!(Also, they add a 15% gratuity to the check which is a bit annoying, but they did had good service)

I’m assuming everyone who’s reviewed this place hasn’t had Italian food before because this place is the farthest thing Italian cuisine. Every table receives bread rolls, which are the farthest thing from Italian as they are essentially American faux-Italian balls of dough. I ordered a Fettucine Carbonara which turned out to be overcooked soft pasta in a soup of cream sauce, which had an overpowering taste of pepper. The bacon they used was thin — which gave me the imagery of cheap Publix bacon. I ordered an espresso which was entirely watered down. The service was good which is why this place gets two stars instead of one. If you have any knowledge of Italian cuisine, stay far away from this place. If your idea of Italian cuisine is Olive Garden then be my guest.

Terrific authentic southern italian cuisine in a comfortable, traditional décor with attentive wait staff at reasonable prices(as a result, don’t be surprised by the presence of local families). The exact opposite of Ceconne’s, except for high food quality.

Really enjoyed my meal here. Appetizers were great, the sauce in mussels was great. My rissoto was fantastic and the desserts, especially the Concord cake is great. Very good service too. It may not look like much from the outside of a ground floor of an older small office building but the food is good and so is the service.

Today we went to this restaurant for lunch, we were four. The food was good, bread and antipasto was a good appetizer. I ordered pasta puttanesca which was not on the menu and the chef did it excellent, the filet Mignon was ok the rest of the food was very good(seafood pasta and chicken parmigiana) the service was good a little slow when we sat we waited 10 minutes for the waiter to come to the table. this is the reason I did not give 5 stars to the restaurant today, but after that she did good service

Best authentic Italian food in Miami. So scrumptious and delightful to our tastebuds. Very family oriented, the restaurant welcomes you with a wonderful aroma. The employees our servers treated my empress, brother and I treated us like family with open tables and warm cheesy garlic bread. My brother lasagna was like no other very appetizing to our minds and stomach. While I had a hearty spinach ravioli — indeed very tasty.(Sorry it’s covered in cheese– I’m a cheesy fanatic.) Now the best part — YESDESSERTS!!! Both of these awesome dishes are house made. Just melt in your mouth goodness. It’s those desserts where you do not want to eat anymore because you want to admire it’s delish beauty. We absolutely love this place. Oh might I add; I had a gift certificate NEVER was my family treated like an outcast(no there was no fake-ness either) they gladly took it and even offer lunch specials. Our family plus more will definitely be coming back indeed.

Incredible food! My husband and I come here when we are craving Italian– never been to Italy but they have different things on their menu compared to George’s and Prima Pasta up the road– much better in my opinion! Ask for the bruschetta if you’re not a bread eater ;) The boccocino is amazing, a crispy rice ball that is swimming in a beautiful sauce; the eggplant parmesan is crispy and perfectly combined with sauce and cheese– not to mention the huge portion of pasta on the side! You can easily get two meals out of one entrée here, totally worth the value. Tastes amazing every time. We have had really good service here, especially considering it to be an «older crowd» and more quiet atmosphere– they still treated us amazingly as we had been coming there forever. The atmosphere is still cozy but not as cozy as Prima, but you get three times the food at a portion of the price.

OMG we went with my girlfriend for dinner, the place was georgous, the service was beyond imaginable, our server Robert was so detailed oriented and caring, he made us feel like family. Try the Salmon with spinach and tomatoes and the crab cake was sooo fresh, and dessert the tiramisu was incredible. Food and presentation was outstanding. This italian place is the best!!!

Soooo good! Everything we ordered waw delicious. I went with a group of friends and we all ordered a different dish. Salmon Dijon(special of the day), the lasagna is amazing, C pasta carbonara with bacon was very good too, the skirt steak with potatoes. The dishes tend to be on the heavy or rich side so I recommend sharing food. The tiramisu was perfect you can taste the mascarpone. the best part is the wines are well priced. I am coming back for their happy hour!

I’ve been to Oggi before and always liked it. Tonight I felt like the chef was changed out and the food has been fused with Latin. I found everything extremely over cheesed and after the main plates were cleared the service quickly went downhill. I was very surprised to see a consistent lack of taste in my 3 dishes. There are a lot of Italian choices in Miami, it’s sad to see that this isn’t a standout.

By far the best Italian restaurant i ever been to. The lasagna, cheese bread, calamari and the tiramisu were sent from heaven. I live 5 blocks away from 3 yrs ago and never been here. What have i been missing.

Great local italian! Good Caesar Salad and loved my Big portion of Chicken Parmigiana with Linguini… Place was modestly busy at 840 pm on a Monday and had a Large Birthday Party in back room but I was still served quickly

Consistently great food AND service – still very healthy portions. Easy access parking, reasonable prices. There is a good reason OGGI has endured and thrived since 1989! I’ll be back. This is a definite GEM(neighborhood) and worth driving to as destination TREAT! KEEPUPTHEGREATWORK!!!

The food exceeded my expectation, considered my self a food conoisseur. The salad had reduced balsamic vinegar as a dressing. Have had the Lobster Ravioli soft and tender, with lots of lobster meat plus the creamy sauce had the right amount of flavor to please the tastebud. I have tried several lobster raviolis can securely say this is one of my best experiences so far. My partner had the Linguini Vongole with loads of vongole with the right reduction of white wine sauce and garlic plus the portion was above average. Did not need to ask for a take out container. The service was very courteous and attemptive, as this was our first visit a complimentary glass of vino del Porto was served which was very thoughful. 3 kudos for this cousine so far.
