The customer service is horrific. I work a service job myself, and for that reason I give people a lot of leeway. It takes a lot to get me to complain. But if you want employees who snap at you, and can’t muster a smile or a friendly hello, this is the place for you. Did they make your drink wrong? Don’t say anything, or you can expect a hateful attitude and a terse«well you’re just going to have to wait.»(Other Starbucks usually rush to fix the problem, and may even give you a free drink coupon). My personal favorite was«we’re running out of Trenta cups, I’m not going to waste one on you.» Granted, it’s not everyone. There are some good baristas here. So it’s a shame they’re dragged down by their surly, unprofessional co-workers. I’ve come here for years because it’s conveniently located for students, but I’ll never make that mistake again.

Friendly staff. Good baristas. Great location. Starbucks quality. Great place for meetings, study, or hanging.

Barista told me he is about 6 years working here, but he did not know how to talk with customers. He was just rude

They have matcha so you can get a green tea latte. If you’re into that.

It’s a Starbucks, same as every other Starbucks. It’s not the best coffee shop in the area, but it ain’t bad. Nestled right in the heart of Campus Corner it’s conveniently located next to OU’s campus. The staff is friendly and you can grab a free iTunes download code. If you are a fan of Statbucks then you’ll dig this one. They gain a star for close proximity to OU, but they loose a star for tough parking.

After a while you feel too old to be hanging around college campuses. The novelty of it just wears off and you want to be in with a mixed crowd. Norman, OK is a huge college town so getting away from that and getting mixed is not too likely to happen. Nevertheless I found a intriguing neighborhood of shops and wanted to check it out the next day. The neighborhood was not as eclectic as I thought but cozy. This Starbucks was one of the few places open on a Sunday morning around here. I have to keep reminding myself some of these places never open on a Sunday because I am starting to get into Bible Belt country. Be it as it may I had a very pleasant Fall morning here with my Pumpkin Latte which was ok, sitting with students and getting ready for our day. Staff was pleasant but everyone was going to OU there and did not feel like I entirely fit in.
