Disappointed! Appetizers were small only 2 pretzel sticks for a big container of cheese, and when asked for my pretzels for the ton of dip they were going to charge us for a full size. My chicken was over cooked it was burned along with the fried onions it came with. My husbands steak was over cooked he asked for medium well and got well done. Left still hungry and now mad that we paid alot for nothing!

If only a NOSTAR was possible… We tried this Applebee’s about a year ago after dodging it for years. It was the same olé, «sorry your meal is cold, sorry it’s wrong»… and the manager stated they were under new management and working through issues. So, present day. we have a coupon and force ourselves to give it another go… MISTAKE! We ordered a club sandwich, there signature Philly and grill chicken for the lil one. Club was ok, grill chicken looked appropriate(I can even cook a grill chicken), but philly and fries were COLD. We had a 28 minute wait time(yea I timed it), and the restaurant was about 60% capacity! No excuse for that long of a wait for cold food. Oh, Wife got the wrong side! The two tables beside us also complained about the food. To top that off, the waitress that greated us, was rudely told by another wait staff«that’s my table», so we had her for a round, then she turned it back over to the original lady because she«lost her book». Super unprofessional! This place is a train wreck! On our way out, I even told an entering couple, to DON’T WASTE their time! They thanked me and got back into their car. I hope they close this location or actually put management in place that can fix this restaurant. Applebee’s actually has a great menu, but it’s never executed to intention at this location… STAYAWAY

Honestly, this was was one of the most miserable dining experiences ever. Apart from the drinks being watered down and less than mediocre, the waitstaff was rude, loud, and obnoxious. A waitress that was not ours randomly stopped at our table when we just got served our dinner a few minutes beforehand and rambled on for 20 minutes about her car wreck that just happened. We were seated up front of the restaurant in the bar section. ALL of the waitstaff congregated at the hostess podium and loudly talked amongst one another while customers needed service. A manager tried to fix the situation, however her yelling at them was hardly necessary and only temporarily worked. Lastly, the kitchen staff was way too boisterous and yelling and swearing. Recommended to NOT visit this location. Go elsewhere.

The reviews written before mine are spot on. My guest and I arrived at 7pm, had to wait for some time to be seated, it took forever to get her mixed drink(my ice tea came quickly) and we waited forever for our food which was fine but nothing special. The waiter seemed inexperienced from the time he started through getting the check. It looked like thry had suffcient staff and the restaurant was not crowded. We did not penalize him, but rest assured I will make other choices next time I dine out.

We were seated, I ordered a Miller Light Beer and was informed they had just n out. I ordered chicken & steak fajitas, the waiter was suppose to ask how I wanted the steak done, he didn’t, the steak was overcooked! I ordered guacamole an was told they were out, the Tortilla’s were suppose to be heated and served in a container to keep them warm, they were served in a wrapper, and they were cold. Janice ran out of ketchup, and we had no salt at the table. I got those from the table next to us. There were a few other things. Not all the waiters fault, but reflects on how the store is managed!

It’s been several years since I had even bothered to visit an Applebee’s, and my recent visit for lunch with my co-workers has only reaffirmed why I had stayed away for so long. The service was apathetic at best, the food was quite bland and flavourless, and took far to long to be served(especially considering the place was mostly empty). Honestly, I’m not quite sure how Applebee’s continues to turn a profit and stay in business. I can only assume that, much like Pollos Hermanos on Breaking Bad, they might be a front for some sort of meth-running drug cartel.

Sat down with two others and ordered. 30 minutes later we got our food. Cold dry and drenched with sauce. Alcohol is over priced and they messed up a plain on the rock beverage. How are they still in business..

If I could give them no stars I would. That’s just how horrible their service and this location is. I visited on October 3rd with my family and it wasn’t crowded so I don’t see why it took 30 minutes after being seated for one of the 50 million waiters who were standing around talking and walking back and forth to finally come over and attempt to take our drink order even though they allegedly didn’t know who was going to be our server. What make it so bad is that the manager did the same thing(walked by, looked but didn’t stop to help). One of my pet peeves is bad customer service especially being pregnant and hungry. So we just left and allegedly the manager on duty, Charles I believe; was so busy talking to another family who at least had their food instead of us. If it was busy and they didn’t have so many idle employees I could possibly understand but when there are people standing around talking and no one even attempting to help, that is a problem & it clearly starts with management. T.G.I. Fridays across the street took great care of us when I told them how trashy Applebee’s and their service was. I’d never go to this Applebee’s again.

First of all, If I could award less than one star for the craptastic service I received, I would. I had put in an online carside to go order and arrived at the exact time my confirmation email told me the food would be ready; 8:42. I waited in one of the designated carside to go parking spots. I was the only car waiting within these spots. I was under the impression that an employee would come out to my car window, collect payment, then return with my food. I was sadly mistaken. After waiting for 20 minutes without seeing anyone come outside, I decided to call the number on the carside to go sign(which was put there for me to save in my phone for next time. Uh, no. There won’t be a next time.). The hostess answered the phone and I said«Hi, I’m in one of your carside to go spots and have been waiting over 20 mins for my food.» She replied«Um ok hold.» I was on hold for a few minutes when another girl answered the phone, to whom I repeated myself. She said to me «I didn’t know you were here. Because it is after 9:00, I cannot bring your food outside, but I will anyways.» It was 9:05 at this time. The fact of the matter is that if you had been doing your job, and had brung my food outside at its scheduled time, it would’ve been well before 9:00. It’s not my fault you weren’t doing your job and looking outside to see if the customer was there. Do not act like you are doing me a favor to do your job and come outside to give me my food. When she came out to the car I was so heated I gave her no tip as she watched me write the total. She sarcastically said thank you and walked away. Of course there was no silverware when we opened the bag at home, like I had requested. This is the worst Applebee’s experience I’ve had. I have served tables for many years and always tip well, but also know when someone is simply not doing their job, which is inexcusable.

I have to say, I’m not a huge regular to Applebee’s but I do enjoy an occasional visit there a few times a year. This particular location didn’t disappoint. Typical Applebee’s. my daughter and I decided to take advantage of the free meal provided to military personnel on Veterans Day since we are a military family. When We first arrived, I considered going elsewhere seeing how the line was out the door. After being told there would be a 45 minute wait, we were seated a lot sooner. Our server greeted us immediately and took our drink order which came quickly there after. We decided to try the soft pretzel appetizer with beer cheese and it was pretty freakin good. For our main course, the bacon cheddar burger with fries and fish and chips. Both were fresh and hot and made correctly. Even though its a typical Applebee’s, I would recommend this particular one since I was impressed by the speed of service and friendly atmosphere on such a chaotic day like Veterans Day.

Server/waitress were nice and polite. But I waited over 45 mins with my party after ordering for our food. The food quality isn’t consistent. I probably won’t choose to ever go to Applebee’s ever again.

Came in for some cocktails in early afternoon on New Years Day(hair of the dog?) and we sat at the bar, the bartender was very friendly to our party of 3 and she did a great job. The little dessert cups on the cocktail menu are great, we tried the strawberry cheesecake one and the chocolate oreo one, like a cake put in a cocktail glass, a nice size for a dessert, enough for taste without such a caloric overload. Bahama Mamas and Long Islands were well made and tasty

IF I could rate this less than 1 star, I would. Grab some popcorn for this one. The girlfriend and I were out on our day off together, just running a couple small errands. «Hey, I’m getting kind of hungry.» «Me, too.» Applebees was right there, we hadn’t been there in a while, I had a random Applebees $ 20 gift card, let’s do it. We made our way inside, greeted, and sat fairly quickly. The place was fairly empty. The server took a few to come see us. Maybe she just clocked on, maybe she was finishing her smoke break in the back… We weren’t in a rush, so it’s cool. Took our drink and appetizer order — 2 rum & cokes, 1 order of boneless wings. Drinks made their way back in about 5 minutes. She took our order followed by standard«the appetizer will be out shortly.» Half an hour goes by and we do not see our server, drinks ran dry, appetizer nowhere to be seen, food nowhere, the place hasn’t been busier than a few other couples in for lunch. The gf and I were chit chatting the whole time, so we really didn’t notice until it was 45 mins into waiting and still nothing to show. I saw the manager on duty(MOD) chilling at the bar watching the game on tv(not joking). I am not one for confrontation, and we are NOT the complaining type(since we both worked at Red Robin for a few years), but the gf insisted«this is ridiculous, we need to talk to him.» So I went up to him at the bar and said, «Hey boss, do you mind going over to that table right there, and have a talk with that girl? Thanks.» «Is everything ok?» «Yeah just go swing by that table. Thanks.”– that was me wimping out and taking a restroom break while she dealt the bad news. She explained waiting for boneless wings, that may take 8 minutes to make, for more than 45 minutes, when there’s no one else here, is just wrong. He apologized and said, «You’re right. I will go see what is the problem.» What do you know, the entrees came out, and then the appetizer came out. All of it — cold. At that point, we were starving and were not about to wait for them to go nuke it in the back. The server brought back two waters(second drinks in an hour). The manager swung by and these were his words: «Is everything at least ok?» That was verbatim. We said it was cold but we were hungry so it was whatever. We smashed back what we could palate, and waited another 20 minutes for the server to come back with the check. The check was wrong(we did the 2 for $ 20, +2 well drinks — $ 5) — Total should be 30 including tax. Nope — $ 48… another 10 minutes for the server to come back. She took it back, got it changed, and brought it back. Still paying full price for the whole thing although there were many many problems with the entire experience. Worst service experience I have had in years — so I tipped 10%. I normally tip 20% if service is average, and I reward great service with 30+%. So we left the table and headed for the door(a 2 hour lunch experience in an empty store). The cherry on top of this crap sundae was the exit, itself. Right at the door, the hostess was holding the door for two other people. She turned, saw us, and let the door close on us. The door hit me. I turned to my gf and said, «That’s it. I’m calling this in.» We pulled up and parked at the front of the store to get the store phone number. I called up the store and asked the hostess«Hey who’s the MOD today?» She answered, I wrote it down, and then called up the Applebees«hotline» to leave our feedback. Eric, the person that received our call, was incredibly nice and understanding. I started off with letting him know we are not the kind of people that want handouts or free stuff. I was specifically calling to prevent the next couple going in there will not go through what we did. Eric took down our full experience, responding with«I cannot believe this happened!» He let me know that this was not only going to be reviewed by the district manager, but regional as well. They will be contacting the general manager to go over this entire experience. Within 5 minutes, the MOD called me back and left a voicemail(I wanted it documented so I let it go to voicemail). «Hey this is XXXXX from Applebees. I was going to take care of your meal since there were so many issues with it. Please call me back so we can work something out.» I thought for a second. Wait. Doesn’t a manager have to be the one to change a check for whatever reason? Him being the only one there had to have been the one to change our ticket the FIRST time around. He had all the chances in the world to make it right within that two hour span. Let me repeat myself, we are NOTTHOSEKIND of people that go out trying to get a free meal/handouts/what-have-you. We merely don’t want others to experience what we did. They got back in touch with us and sent another gift card in the mail — we gave it away… Sorry so long — but had to share this one. Thanks for hearing me out!

Salty fries, the raspberry ice tea wasnt really Brisk raspberry tea just some water with syrup that was WAY too sweet and the waiter never got rid of our menus which were in our way of a 20+ party. But the BBQ ribs were good
