have been to a few times, slow check out and rude sales associates. You feel crowded specially when it’s busy. They sell cheap due to buying cheaper! I’ll buy from but never sell too, get more for my items on eBay and Craigslist.

Since I will be a new mom I thought I’d check out this store, and I was very impressed to say the least! They sell a large variety of clothing for babies to children along with toys and accessories. I found this store to be great in regards to the quality of the items that are sold… some items I viewed still had the original store tags on them! Even the gently used was, for the most part, excellent condition. I can not wait till my little one gets here and I can begin shopping here more often. I am excited to see how their buyback works and what they will pay for items. The only downside I noticed was the size of the store and the aisles. I visited this location on a weekday when it was not busy. I could see this place becoming a zoo when it becomes crowded.

Was a loyal customer of this store, the customer service was always bad but because the prices were low I still bought some items from there. My main problem with them is the management and inconsistencies, took some items in for sale, some gently used and some new(un-opened with tags) they found any reason possible to not take my items, every time they gave me a new excuse I pointed out numerous items in the store that didn’t follow by there on again off again rules for accepting items… have not been back and don’t plan on it. I’ve sold my items on ebay, Craigslist and a yard sale and made much more that what they would have given me.

I like shopping at the store but trying to sell clothes and items seems really difficult. Today was the second time I attempted to sell items and wasn’t successful due to the lengthy amount of time that it takes to sort through your items. After waiting over two hours I return to learn that my clothes still hadn’t been looked at. As a result I was in unable to wait for them, thus making the whole process absolutely pointless. I wasted two trips to the store dragging my kid and items in and out of the car for nothing. I understand the process takes time but then perhaps they should offer the option for you to return the following day and not have to somehow make it back to the store before they close.

Store owner noted that an item I was interested in was recalled and guided me to a safer alternative. Large selection of items. Great prices on quality baby shoes. *Bonus– aisle are large enough for strollers but be cautious on busy days.

I’ve been here a handful of times now and I have mixed reviews. I love buying because they do tend to have a decent selection(I have a 5AND1 year old) of everything from toys to clothes. It is small so it easily gets crowded and they fluctuate on how organized they are– mostly organized by size and color but sometimes(maybe due to customers) the racks are all mixed. They are very picky when buying(not necessarily a bad thing) and give you half of what they sell for. Customer service is usually good but this last time I went they were busy and had a few boxes mixed up and the guy(Adam I believe) was very rude. They almost gave my sister someone else’s stuff(thank goodness she checked) and then they lost one of my boxes which they didn’t even sort(they ended up sorting and giving me $ 29 for a bunch of jeans) but the guy acted like I was lying despite they have a written list if all the containers we bring and I told him my box said«Owen» on the side of the box and it did. Mistakes happen and that’s fine but it’s never okay to be rude to customers(especially if we are being patient about the stores mistakes). I like this store a lot for buying but if I find a place with better customer service I would go there.

We just moved to Yorktown from Hawaii so my girls were in need of winter clothes. I was able to get long sleeve shirts, sweaters, dresses, light jackets and a pair of dress shoes(about 25+items) for about $ 120. Several pieces i bought had the original tags and many were gently used. The prices were reasonable for what I bought. If the item is in good condition you will pay a little more however I did not pay anything over $ 9. But that was a pair of velvet pants that were in like new condition. The store is very organized and clean but can get small and cramped feeling if there are a lot of shoppers. I went when they first opened but and hr later it got too busy with shopping carts and kids. They also will buy your things but come when they first open — first come first serve. If your looking for baby items this place is it! Lots of strollers, infant clothing and baby items and toys in very good contrition for good price. Also holiday clothing galore!!! Staff was really nice and helpful. Will definitely will be going back!

This children’s consignment shop is great, one of the best I’ve ever been to. At first I wasn’t sure there were any here in hampton roads, but stumbled upon it while traveling someplace else. Some pro’s are they organize clothes by size as well as color. everything is very neat and easy to find. They also have a large selection. Some cons were that they weren’t the absolute cheapest I’ve ever been to. Some brand name items like The Children’s place and Gap were a little more expensive then the unrecognizable things, which is to be expected. A few Children’s place tops cost me $ 5.95 where as the un named brands were about $ 3.50. All in all, I spent 90.00 and left with about 12 tops and 12 bottoms give or take a few. I would usually spend 90 $ on 4 – 5 old navy outfits so this was better than my usual. If you don’t mind buying gently used items for your kids I recommend you check this place out
