I just found out that this Taco Bell is Closing! Thank Gawd it is… They are rude, crude and disrespectful and I am not one to hold back my tongue! So how the hell are you going to tell me what to order before I even tell you! And I am the customer, it’s my money not there’s so I choose were to buy my cheap tacos! Anyhow glad there closing and hope who ever rehires these chumps does a good Job and not just hire them cause there friends or family! Or they will chase your customers off

This is the worst taco bell ever. I have been to almost all over the Bay Area and this was the most worse one. The two times I have been there, the meat tasted really old and gummy. Its was bad all around. The staff was not really into maintaining a clean environment either. Not worth dropping by. This is just my opinion…

I go to this location often only because its the only taco bell close to me. However, i dont think that there has been a time where they have got my order correct. The staff isnt as rude as they use to be but they still cant get it right! They dont make their food as good as other locations either.

Rude, rude, rude. No wonder it was dead. I walked in to an empty building, not a soul in sight. After standing at the counter for about a minute someone showed up. I didn’t mind because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. She then walked away and the manager took over. I’m guessing he was the manager due to him wearing a much nicer polo and a large set of keys. He asked me what I would like, and I replied with my order. I wanted one of the many combos they offer but without a drink. I had just bought a coffee to thwart my hangover and all I needed was some greasy food to complete my cure. He told me that it would cost the same amount, which I know was completely wrong. What place would charge you the same cost for getting less. That just sounds like a very bad deal. I replied with«that’s very odd.» He snapped back with a snide remark along the lines of, «that’s how it’s done here.» I told him that I would rather not be wasteful and I’ll just order everything separate. He rolled his eyes and huffed and puffed. I turned around and walked out. If you don’t want my business, so be it. I was willing to make the extra effort but you weren’t. My time and money will be better spent somewhere else. Please take care of your customers in the future; after all, you’re the manager. No drive-thru, weird store configuration. Poor parking due to the Safeway.
