In my last couple of visits the service was okay. But 1st time they ran out of Guac and I was like Really? Then during 2nd visit, I ordered kids meal of cheese Quesadilla and they said they ran out of cheese!?! It took me a while to decide to buy kids meal or not as they were substituting with 3rd food item in the meal. Finally decided to go for it and during checkout they ask for 2 sides and they ran out of Apple juice. I was like OMG! How is this place running without having all the basic ingredients? Is someone from Chipotle Management listening? HELLO!!!

Both times I came to this Chipotle, the service was super slow. First time apparently, they had just received an huge online order. So they basically just had all the staff making burritos in front of a long line of hungry customers. Second time, they ran out of rice. Everyone was just standing there waiting for the rice to cook for a good 15 mins. DUDEHOWDOYOURUNOUTOFRICEIN A BURRITOJOINT? Also, very uneven proportions. I ordered two identical burrito bowls, one had half scoop of meat, the other had almost 2 scoops. 0 consistency. Do not go, if you are in a hurry.

This is my go-to Chipotle. They hardley ever skimp me on my burrito bowels and always have quick and friendly service. They also do a pretty well job on keeping the place clean.

I love chipotle but this particular location sucks. No sense of urgency. It’s like the workers work in slow motion. I’ve never been here without waiting more than 10 minutes even when the line has only 1 person in front of me.

TLDR food is okay, order for pick up around noon, service is decent. Just ordered online for some chipotle. The food probably isnt as great as as your local taqueria but it is simple and filling. I tend to get chicken or veggie bowls since the other meats cost extra and the tortilla is 300 calories. Guac and the chips are a bit pricey and they hardly give you any, but the chips are nice, thin, and crispy. Sofritas are a bit weird. All it taste like are mildly spicy tofu. Still, the food I get is alright and filling. Around noon is when a horde of people line up to get food so I tend to order online. It still might take a while for the food to get ready but I dont have to wait in line, choose what ingredients I want, and pay for my food. I just come and go. They actually did forget to include my side of guac that my brother wanted and I had to come back for that $ 2.10 side, but it was an honest mistake. They apologized and gave me free chips.

For kids quesadilla, side order comes with rice and beans, this location gives literally 2 spoons of rice. Not sure if these are manager driven instructions to employees or what, to give as little as possible:(not all chipotle locations are like this. This one alone is this way. It is so upsetting.

This Chipotle needs to change their posted opening time. They are not open at 11.00am.

Went in for my regular double steak burrito bowl with half n half rice with black beans, hot sauce, sour cream & cheese with a small bag of chips and a regular drink. I had to wait a few minutes for the steak which was perfectly fine. They went the extra mile and charged me only the chips and drink. A very friendly staff with awesome great service every time I come in. Thank you again :)

I never thought you could mess up a chipotle burrito bowl until I had one from this location. The person gave me so much rice, beans(with tons of liquid) and half a scoop of chicken(…not sure why). The absolute worst part was when I asked for lettuce. There was probably only 10 pieces of lettuce in the bin so I assumed he was going to get more. NOPE, he gave me literally 5 pieces of lettuce. After a few bites, I completely lost my appetite and should’ve just gotten Taco Bell or something. You would think that all the locations would up their game in the midst of an E. coli crisis.

Great stuff! Had a newbie roll my barbacoa burrito with extra meat and sour cream, with mild and medium salsa, not an easy burrito to make if you ask me. This is the only Chipotle where the person making my burrito didn’t rip the tortilla and have to replace it. Not bad for someone new on the line. And her trainer did a great job showing her the ropes. All in all, a great experience. I will be back for sure!

People! Stop trippin, off the E. coli and get your butts back to chipotle! Kat is a hard working lady who makes sure the food is fresh, the temps are correct and the lines move quickly! You have more of a chance of getting sick from the dang chemicals in that soda you’re drinking so get over it and support what’s good! Chipotle! One of the best branches I’ve been to!

Probably not the best PR to be selling old beer after all the bad press as of late. Only bought this brand because they were out of Modelo, this was a double regret. Staff did not offer a refund. Hopefully My stomach can handle the skunkiness. I have Nothing against Chipotle, but thought they would be more attentive now considering.

This Chipotle is the slowest. Also today a pregnant lady requested the beef be cooked well. The manager refused, stating it was cooked medium rare per«standard». Why is this store ‘special’? It deserves an overhaul.

Hubby and I got dinner to go tonight. Long line, the register guy kept leaving his station so the line built up. Come on buddy, stay at your station especially when you have 15 plus people in line. I got a chicken burrito. The people making it were quick and very generous with the portions. My husband got the steak bowl with guac and it was a lot of guac! Thank you chipotle!!! This is overall a great location and the service is typically good.

I used to have great experiences here. Lately it has not been quite as good. Today was a disaster. I went here 11 am on the nose with my three little kids. We were first, but waited outside while a line formed until they opened 10 minutes late. I thought they might be short staffed, but there were 10 people working. My best guess is that they were putting a large order together and made us all wait. My kids only eat carnitas… They didn’t have any ready. I only eat brown rice for my health… They didn’t have any ready. I could have waited another 15 minutes for both, but I didn’t have the time. Three kids rarely last that long. They earned two stars vs one since they comped one of my kids meals(which they didn’t eat since the steak was not to their liking). I may not return.

I always come to this location since its close to home. Staff is always nice and very good but TODAY! Nooo noooo no! I was getting 3 bowls for myself and co workers! At first the staff was arguing in between my food(making my food and turning away and arguing) then i asked for lettuce on all the bowls! On the 2nd bowl she ran out of lettuce and looked away and said«sorry we are out of lettuce» i looked at her confused like wtf! She then started looking in the fridge and said«no more lettuce» that upset me!!! How is chipotle out of lettuce! She then asked for some in the back and someone grabbed lettuce for her. What a lazy person. You were like telling me to say«no lettuce» just because you were lazy! That really upset me!!!

I have been coming here for 3 days in a row because the food has been bomb to say the least. Great food, fresh ingredients and nice staff on board. Today I had the queseritto, not bad. The rice was undercooked today. Hard and it ruined the queseritto. I’ll only bump one star. Better try next time. Update: Called Chipotle and told them about the rice and was offered a free burrito. Very good customer service.

I’ve been bit by the Quesoritto bug! And I like it! If you’re into food hacks, then this is something you may want to try! I’m pretty sure all Chipotle locations do this. It’s part of a hidden menu, but if they don’t, here are the steps to make one A Quesoritto is pretty much a burrito plus a quesadilla infused as one. It’s like you’re eating two meals at once! ***WARNING*** This is not for the faint of heart or healthy eating! — The Quesoritto starts off by an employee warming up a flour tortilla. — Once the tortilla is warmed up, a nice layer of cheese is placed on the warmed tortilla, and the tortilla is folded in half while on the warmer to create a quesadilla. — When the tortilla is lightly brown, the quesadilla is opened to it’s original position with the melted cheese exposed. — With the quesadilla fully opened, all your desired ingredients are added on to the melted cheese,(choice of meat, beans, veggies, and sauces). For myself, I would usually get a beef or chicken Quesoritto. — Once all your ingredients are added into your Quesoritto, the employee will attempt to wrap your Quesoritto. Due to the amount of ingredients in the Quesoritto, it will rip through the tortilla. You may want to double wrap: PAUSE: the Quesoritto to keep it intact! There maybe or maybe not an additional charge for an extra tortilla. — Now, enjoy the Quesoritto with the great tasting ingredients Chipotle has to offer!

This place is a pretty standard chipotle. The food is up to chipotle caliber and everything. The review is for location and service. The location is a little awkward to get to and awkward to get out of. The service is pretty good. They are quick and try to make it a good experience. All in all, its a good place to come to.

I’ve come to this particular branch a couple of times before. It’s usually kind of busy when I come here. There’s a few people ahead of me in line, but that’s fine. It’s close to where I am so it’s really convenient for me to come here. They typically give you a pretty small portion and I do see people asking for more. Personally, I think it’s fine. The actual burrito bowl is already heavy enough for me so I don’t need any extras. But today, I realized that they do give you a slightly little more than before, which was really nice. The line went by quickly and I got what I ordered and headed out. The food is normal and typical for a Chipotle branch. However, the side of gauc that I got was in a smaller portion than usual and it tasted a bit different. I am not sure if they did something to their recipe or whatever, but it seemed a little off to me. I mean, I did enjoy my food overall. I will most likely be coming back out of convenience.
