When we walked in for lunch we were blinded by the line of friendly smiles behind the counter eagerly waiting to make our burritos. The assistant manager led the pack of exhuberant employees. She came to our table twice to check on us and made sure we loved our lunch. It was my husbands first CHIPOTLE experience and now he’s a huge fan, thanks to her.

I love Chipotle! I usually eat at the Austin location but have recently moved to New Braunfels and am very please with this location. They are not as quick with preparing online orders as the Austin location but make up for it in taste.

This is my cheat meal every Tuesday. The stay is always friendly and the line goes very quickly. Food is always fresh and delicious.

Chipotle continues to be my go to place for lunch. This chipotle is like no other that I have been to. Even though they are hiring and have new staff, they continue to impress with their standard of quality. I actually feel like they care about me when I come here and I am never disappointed. I will continue to come back here 5 days a week for lunch, mainly because of the people.

Chipotle rocks! Every time i go to any of their the taste is great. I have tried the Brito, the bowl, the salad and all of them are soo good. The place is always clean and staff is pretty friendly. I could eat at chipotle everyday.

I love Chipotle, but this place is awful for many reasons. They don’t know how to wrap burritos and routinely forget to put items in my order.

My girlfriend’s family lives in New Braunfels, so we often stop here on our way out of town after a visit. Service is fine, food is as good as I can expect from a Chipotle, parking has never been a problem. I’m not entirely sure what some of these other Unilocalers are complaining about; I’ve eaten here at least 30 times and have never even had a incorrect order. I’ve called in and picked up, and eaten there many times. I even got a free birthday burrito bowl once: D

I am not sure if I didn’t like it because I go to Freebirds a lot and I am used to Freebirds but I did not like Chipotle. I am a person who is completely open to trying anything and will give it a chance. I was so excited to try Chipotle too because I have always heard so many good things about it and that Chipotle is better than Freebirds, well I think so differently. When we walked it, we were hardly greeted and customer service is huge in my book. It was my first time and I was trying to take a second to look at the menu, no one was behind me besides my mother. They rushed me so much, I had said something and before I knew it my bowl was already passed off to the next line server, I didn’t even get a chance to finish to ask what was good. The selection is slim to none! They have maybe 6 things to chose from versus Freebirds has maybe anything you could ask for. Oh and queso, chipotle does not even have queso! I am a fan of queso and when I saw they didn’t have it, I was a little bummed. When you get to the end they ask you if you want chips and when you say yes they give you a tiny amount in a bag (not to sound greedy) but for people like my boyfriend who has such a high metabolism, that wouldn’t be enough. Not to mention there is only one size burrito, my sister couldn’t even finish hers, if there was a smaller size, I would pay for that. But for a one size that I know I won’t finish, no thanks. Customer service, not great. Selection, not great. Sizes, not great. Fresh produce of the little they had, pretty fresh, so that’s good. I probably wouldn’t go again. Although if everyone else chose it and that was my only option, I’d be okay.

We Love Chipotle and come here often the food is always goods & fresh. But tonight these guys impressed me. Everything appeared as usual till we got to the «register» and it was off line, they were adding the orders up on a calculator! This is a generation of computer/​button people and not a complaint one, just 7 people getting it done, making it happen. Things moved as quickly as it does with the register, seriously, it was quite impressive. New Braunfels is truly a great location the people set it apart! Keep it up! They have Great service, awesome food, and you can’t beat the location. Only down side to this location is the limited parking.

This is the worst chipotle I have been to. The people that work here must have weak hands because I have asked them to reroll my burrito many times. I have decided to not come to this establishment unless I am absolutely just craving a burrito. This realization saddens me because I love Chipotle. However, this Chipotle is not the freshest; the portions are much smaller than the one in San Marcos and having holes in my burritos is getting old.

I love chipotle but this one is subpar, small portions and kinda bland. Staff is nice but burrito lacks size for the price, need more beef and chicken in the burritos

We went there on a busy Saturday. The preparer washed her hands and changed her gloves. The food was excellent, and we will go back if we are in the area again.

Messy and dirty today. Staff stinks. Bathrooms are clean. Skip this location. I like to go to San Marcos if I really need to go to this place when nothing else is open.

All this chain is out to do is to destroy the agriculture industry. Will NEVER set foot in one of these establishments.

I know, I know everyone keeps saying this is a great place, it’s not exactly my kind of food… A burrito with rice and other fixins’.mild spice bordering on bland. The burrito bowl with cilantro lime rice is good. A bit stingy with the amount of food they give you compared to other chipotle’s. Plenty of places to sit including outdoors. The restaurant is in a strip mall at a busy intersection but in addition to Chipotle there is Mama Fu’s, Einstein Bagel and Smash Burger along with Subway so if everyone in your group can’t agree it’s ok, you can have a choice.

Love Chipolte like no other. Guacamole and chips, plus chicken burrito bowls with cheese and salsa. Awesome!
