Wendy’s

Service is always incredibly slow. They seem to care more about their numbers than customer service. They will have a long line waiting to order and will only take one persons order at a time and then wait to serve them before helping the next person. Others have noted this is likely a ploy to skew their service record with corporate. I am writing this as I am waiting to order and receive my food. Person was unfriendly and my tea was warm only filled half way and had two ice cubes. This is Texas in the summer… Give me some ice and liquid. I like Wendy’s but I’d rather go to the Mc Donald’s next door next time I need something fast and edible.
Edit: It took roughly 15 minutes from being 2^nd car in line to order and get our food.

I will choose this place over the McDonald’s down the street any day. Food is fresher and better. Recently there was a very tall guy working the floors and he was very helpful. Got things we had forgotten: bbq sauce, extra napkins and a fork. We could have gotten up and taken care of it ourselves but he over heard us and came to our aid. The crispy chicken sandwich is very kid. Nuggets are better than McD’s. I love their salads!

SLOWEST Wendys in all of humanity… Waited 15 mins for a crispy chicken sandwich… Wish there was zero stars.

COCKROACHES. There are cockroaches crawling around the light panels in the ceiling over the register. When I pointed it out the cashier shrugged it off with «nothing we can do.» Two minutes later, another worker pulled the panel down to look, without covering any surfaces underneath. DISGUSTING. I’m reporting these guys to department of health.

This store is nice and clean and is one of the nicest wendys I have seen. In New Braunfels, on Hwy46/​loop 337, across from Chipotle Mexican Grill. Around 3pm, it is so peaceful and empty in here, and I will sit in the «non smoking room» (all of it is non smoking, so why this room?) and just eat in peace, with no one else in the whole room. Nice and tranquil.
