Fajas Slender Bodies

This place has horrible customer service my mother in law bought a waist trainer she used it a couple days and washed it by hand and the waist trainer was already coming apart. I went today to tell a lady working their she did not even have the respect to listen to me she literally ignored me and left to the back. Wonder why this place has no people there. I don’t recommend this place to anyone go take your money elsewhere

DONT BUY FROM THIS VENDER! If I could leave less than a star I would. This girdle is HORRIBLE! The side seams show through, if you don’t have a bobble butt the seam on the butt winkles. The material is abrasive. They are expansive and if you talk to the staff while in the shop, they convince you look great. Problem, I bought this girdle to wear under a dress. This girdle is for those who want to wear under thick clothing. Like under exercise clothing. The vender’s employee told me the the wrinkles were because is new and would mold to my body. Too bad I’m not wearing it for fitness and it feels like I’m wearing a brillow pad! $ 140 down the drain for the vender to say sorry, you can exchange it but no money back. Don’t buy it.

I bought a slenderizer from fajas colombianas slender bodies. I bought to wear at my wedding and payed a lot of money for it. I went to my wedding dress alteration appt. and with the alterations they needed to do to make my dress my slinderizer would not work… I needed undergarments lower in the back.
I will say the ladies in the store are nice but the owner is NOT and was extremely RUDE to me on the phone. I explained the situation to her and she did not care!
She was not willing to help me at all and infact hung up on me because she said she had another call to take.
I will NEVER recommend this product to anyone and because the owner of the company is completely rude and un-​helpful.
She had my money and did not care… now I have to go to a new store to find the same product that will work with my dress. :-(
