Talked to megan, who thankfully was able to help us after a former employee had misrepresented their product and services. Megan had smashing customer service and was able to make everything right. Thank you so much

HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! My husband & I took our 13 month old daughter to get her ears pierced again after it healed. When we walked up to the kiosk at 7:30 pm on Monday night at the Plaza Bonita location, I had a bad feeling that it was not going to be a good experience. The LATINA chick behind the counter said her name was«MICHELLE». She reminded me of a AMYWINEHOUSE wannabe with her eye makeup. She was on her phone when we walked up to the counter. Another red flag was the fact that she was coughing what seemed like every 5 minutes in front of my daughter. «Michelle» marked my daughter’s earlobes for the piercing. I took my time to make sure that the placement looked even on both ear lobes. «Michelle» was irritated because I was taking my time. She even said ‘UGH’ under her breath. When my husband called her out on her UGH comment, she denied it. I couldn’t believe that my husband & I were treated so rudely! My husband & I were so upset that we took our daughter’s gold earrings and left! Employees who don’t have customer service skills should not be dealing with customers. Buyers beware!

HORRIBLESERVICE, EXTREMELYRUDE, PIERCINGPLACEMENTABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE!!! So after doing much research I decided to take my 4 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced since the website said they are experts in children’s ear piercing and they’re prices are very reasonable. The website also said both ears would be done at the same time to lessen the amount of pain the child goes through, yet there was only one person working there when I went. My first sign that it was gonna go bad was when the manager(girl who did the piercing) named Megan didn’t even check my daughter’s vaccination card to ensure she had received her DPT shot. Then, once I signed the paperwork and paid her, it came time to decide where the piercings would go. After correcting her several times & asking her many times if they were symmetrical and her making faces & getting irritated, I finally decided where the holes should go. Well, she was WAY off the markings and the piercings came out VERY uneven. Also, she waited until the piercing was finished to tell me that she didn’t have the right backs for them(the ones she gave me trap bacteria & are NOT the right kind for babies) When I went back to complain about the services I had received, all she could say was«I pierced them exactly where the dots were» but she was clearly lying because I can still see the markings and they are way, way off & she didn’t even apologize. I removed the earrings the following day & had to watch my daughter suffer twice as much from when she first got them done! NOTOK, my poor baby!!! Now I have to let them heal for a month before I can take her to have them redone(this time with a needle, I am no longer taking a chance on the gun!). Please, if you’re thinking about getting your child’s ears done here, DON’T!!!

So I got my ears pierced here and the girl at the counter was so nice and helpful. I was very happy with the price I paid after checking out Claire’s and a few other piercing places inside the mall. I was a little nervous piercing my ears at a booth in the mall in the middle of the aisle. But the girl who pierced my ears was great. She gave me very helpful and honest advice about procedure, types of metals and allergies which I appreciated very much. She talked to me about spacing and made sure I was completely happy with the spot before she pierced. Also another thing; she kept the piercing tool away from my eyes right before she pierces my ear so I won’t freak out. I liked it because often seeing something like that makes it worse. Other places in the mall were asking at least $ 35 and even up to $ 76 for a simple piercing depending on earrings you choose. Walked away with titanium studs spending under $ 23 with purchase protection and solution to clean my ears. Very happy with this place and my experience couldn’t have been better.
