Moe’s Southwest Grill

Great Moes. Large restaurant with patio, end location in strip mall. Endless chips. Make your own burrito or quesadilla, endless ingredients, even tofu. Whole wheat tortillas available, which interest me. Great prices, friendly atmosphere. I enjoy it much better than Chipotle myself. Very fresh ingredients. Guacamole is fresh and delicious. Great children’s menu. Clean with one person cleaning tables and sweeping. Great experience. Good location near movies, costco, Lowe’s etc.

Place is friggen awesome and never ceases to amaze me and everyone I know.
Definitely always a togo place.
They’ll stay in business forever. Unlike bluefish. Because bluefish cannot run a proper business. Customer service anyone? Nah. Doesn’t exist at bluefish.

Employees consist of a bunch of teenagers goofing off.
One not wearing gloves. Another making comments in front of customers «glad the manager’s not here tonight». Another slaughtering a burrito.
And what a mess! Drippings of various sauces/​ingredients being mixed as they create the burritos, etc. Chips filling the ice box with beverages (which by the way had no ice). My boyfriend had to ask to receive a beer from the back that was cold since the ones provided up front where in the ice box, again, with no ice.
Will not return to this location, but will definitely continue to visit other locations. I do LOVE their food and their queso dip is absolutely DELICIOUS!!!

Walked in tonight with no waiting. Ordered a «Joey bagful of doughnuts»! It was filling and delicious! My only criticism is two things! Don’t make everyone yell «welcome to Moe’s» every time the door opens. It was sounding fake and repetitive! Staples does the same thing and it sounds the same. Uncaring! AND if you are going to name your food items with such different names how about describing them better on the menu section of Unilocal.I certainly didn’t get a bagful of doughnuts. Would I return? Certainly.

Welcome to Moe’s! Every time I am in town I make sure to stop in at Moe’s for some Queso! The staff is very friendly and attentive, the restaurant is clean and the food handling is to standard.
The staff is always quick to accommodate my dietary needs! Can’t wait to stop back in.

I love this Moe’s! From being greeted when you walk in the door to the wonderful soda machine (an indecisive persons nightmare haha) its an overall great — good food quick– experience!

I went back again this Sunday and guess what? Nothing’s changed. The teenagers are still working there and have no clue how to treat customers, so unprofessional.

I’ve always liked Moe’s since the chain first came to naples, and ever since then I have made stops there occasionally. It is a great place to go if your craving a buritto but once I found out about chipotle I stopped Moe’s.

Several websites post Moes Naples blvd as having free kids on Sunday night with purchase of adult combo. So I took my child there.
Waited in line for maybe 15 minutes behind a bunch of firefighters. Good guys just trying to get some grub on.
Go through an inept line of Moes employees– all boys… 16 – 20. Get to the end of the line after my little girl had picked out all of her toppings and exactly what she wanted.
Cashier said, «it’s only kids eat free on Tuesdays». The manager was called over (maybe 19 yrs old– sweaty unkept). He said very bluntly… «Hahahaha. That advertisement is old».
Without pause or apology or any type of reconciliation, he said he would not honor it.
I walked out. A gross display of costumer service for a nationwide chain.
It was not about the $ 4,00 for the Moo Moo chicken deal… It’s about doing the right thing. It cost me more in fuel to drive there.
Moes— you failed.
A good consumer will tell two people about their experience prior to Unilocal.An unhappy customer will tell 10.
If you are a parent of a child — – in Naples — - help me tell Moes and corporate America that’s not ok to get a child excited and tempt a struggling parent and the. Dismiss them.
Shame on you.

Okay we love Moe’s. We eat here at least once a week. Super tasty (LOVE the queso) and staff is always so friendly. Matt’s a keeper, comes by to see how everyone is doing. Love love this place!

I LOVE MOE’S! I love when you walk in the door they all say WECOME TO MOE’S!!! I love the Joey JR. Chicken, rice blk beans, Cheese, sour cream. I sometimes can eat here three times a week.

Going downhill. The last 2 visits we could not find a clean table to sit down on. AND it wasn’t even busy. Staff prefers to hang by the line then come out and bus.
The garbage cans are full, even the outside one is over flowing.
Food has been luke warm at best, turn up the heat on the sides guys.
The «new» drink dispenser that gives you over 100 selections takes so long, always a line.
Staff friendly but I rather have a mean staff and good hot food with a clean table.

Wanted something on the healthy side, the free drink text got us in. First time in a Moes, felt kind of rushed by the guy taking the order, but got over that.
Had to ask for the free chips wasn’t aware they were included, the cashier rang up the order wrong, and paid us cash for the overcharged billl.
They have one of those stupid coke machines, that cause you to have to wait in another line for your drink. I really don’t see these machines lasting long in places. It costs the restaurants more money because most people have to dump their first choice because it taste so horrible when you mix. Also it’s a much slower process then standard dispensers.
Not sure it’s worth going to Moes without a a coupon Mexican food should be inexpensive and I am not a big fan of overcharged Taco Bell food. But they do have coupons out here all the time.

Welcome to Moe’s! I love this place. Have never had a bad meal here. I could literally sit in here all day and eat chips with their runny, decadent, artery-​clogging queso. Mmmmm… queso…
Anyway, the staff is always friendly and they keep the dining room clean. I love Moe’s because they quality of their ingredients is excellent and consistent!

I love Moe’s. Food was excellent — split the homewrecker burrito with an extra bag of tortilla chips & a drink for only $ 10 — filled us up. I do have to admit — this was the first Moe’s i’ve been to that didn’t provide great service. They made my burrito and then «lost» it. Yes, they lost my burrito. It was nowhere to be found when I got up to the cash register! Wtf??? I had to go back and rebuild my burrito with them. I know shit happens but when you’re running a business with lots of volume, ya gotta keep better track of your food and customers!

I am all about Moe’s Mondays and the tofu option. I always get mine streaking.

Terrific alternative to Chipotle with great service. Prices are dirt cheap for lots of good fresh food. Enjoyed tacos and burritos with plenty of filings and flavor. Two can dine for $ 15 here with plenty of choices.

Great homewrecker burritos and all you can eat chips… come on it’s a fat mans dream… seriously great food at a great price, check out the moe’s off of airport rd. near the ale house… tell the general manager mark you love moe’s and get all you can eat salsa too… WELCOME TO MOE’S!!!
