The service is horrible! We had 7 different waiters! Yes 7! The tables were dirty as well as the floor.
The food had a strange sweet taste… it was not good. We will not be coming back.

Amazing new restaurant and bar in Naples. Wonderful wine selection and THE BEST margaritas in FL. The service is exceptional!!! If you’re at the bar, ask for Christian, he makes the best drinks. Since the relocation Flaco’s has really improved, it was always good but now it is great.

First visit to Flaco’s after someone recommended it. I agree with some reviews about the service a little slow. But I disagree with that warranting a 1 star review. We did have to ask for silverware and condiments but both were brought promptly (sat at the bar). I had the NY strip and my wife had beef fajitas. I have to say that a NY Strip for $ 19.95 is a great deal. I’ve spent $ 58 recently at a steak house and it was better but not by much. We both enjoyed our meals and thought that the value was very good. The restrooms were also very clean. Will definitely be back to try some other items. Oh and the salsa was excellent

Don’t waste your time. Food is not good and expensive. $ 30 for one glass of «happy hour» wine and fajitas. That’s before tip. Stay home and make your own food.

We arrived what was super early for us for dinner on Saturday, 5pm and the place was already packed. Luckily we were seated right away. The horrible weather and new location could have something to do with it.
The new restaurant is gorgeous. Service was impeccable. I had the drunken fish and shrimp… I ate every bite. My husband had the skirt steak… Be prepared for a huge portion. He loved it. Refills were brought without asking, the servers engaged and asked about us.
My only negative was the nasty snowbird snapping her fingers for more wine and complaining for no reason. Her husband finally told her to relax. If you do NOT know how to treat people, stay home.

The only nice thing I can say about this new location is that the food is still good. However the service is bad. Very bad. Bad enough that you forget about the food being decent. I waited over an hour for our table, which I was okay with because I have always loved the food at their old location. I thought it would be worth it. Our server abandoned us after asking if we wanted anything to drink. No one came to take our order or check on us. I had to flag down a drinks guy to take our order and we never saw our server again… Not once throughout the whole meal. I am extremely disappointed that I may never come back to what used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I hope they can get it together

Horrible on every single level. Had to watch staff eating in kitchen every time service door opened… terrible service… incorrect orders… so loud my head hurts. Avoid at all costs… sad …the original was amazing… like 10 years ago…
New location… space sparce and no decore… poor service… horrible all the way around.

First time eating there and not planning on returning. I have never been at a Mexican restaurant that charge extra for seconds on their table chips. Really? And they don’t take American Express. Too bad. We had waited a long time for the new location to open.

Flaco’s was a favorite of mine for years. I ate countless meals with friends and family at the old location. We patiently waited for the new location to open and it was nothing but disappointing. Service was terrible I had to ask for everything: my drink, chips, silverware, where/​if my food was coming? It took at least an hour for one order of steak fajitas. The food quality went downhill, my fajitas were disgustingly over salted. I felt ignored. The new ambiance feels like you are eating in a large commercial car garage, it is very loud and feels cold. I complained to the manager and he was full of excuses instead of giving me simple apology. I am so sad to see my staple Mexican restaurant go downhill.

ok, I am officially done with this place. Since the relocation of their establishment, it has seemed to go downhill in a big way. What was once a staple and regular place for me to dine for 10 years will no longer see me again.
Last night was disgusting, the customers are all tourists now in a cantina type setting versus the old restaurant feel. The food? Well, after waiting over an HOUR, the wrong dishes were brought. They said they could remake them but I did not have an additional hour to wait. In speaking with the couple next to me who were also frequent visitors, they did not care for the place either and are not returning.
I am not stuck on the past however, this place has lost it’s charm, efficiency, service and food.
I do not recommend this place and I will not go back.

If you have an hour to wait for your food, only to have it come out and be the wrong order, try this place out.
Just kidding, don’t do it. I ended up waiting over an hour for a steak stir fry and when it finally came out, it was chicken. They said they could remake the dish but no thanks, I didn’t feel like waiting another hour. I needed to be fed.
The couple sitting next to me were very nice and said they felt terrible they got their food before I did. They said they were wondering what I had ordered because it was taking so long. They used to frequent the establishment but said they will no longer be back.

Stopped in the new location Monday night at around 6 o’clock, 20 – 30 minute wait for inside as it was a little chilly but plenty of seating on the patio which was great, nice atmosphere. Service was good, real team effort almost couldn’t tell who my server was. Good happy hour drink specials, food was tasty, special chicken nachos were BOMB some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Will return

I have been dining here as a Naples native since I was 7 years old. As one of Naples’ original Mexican restaurants, this is about as good as it gets! Although I haven’t been since they have opened the new location, I can assure you the food is phenomenal, as well as the servings sizes being plentiful.
The salsa is phenomenal and the chicken quesadilla is my all time favorite!

Flacos is back open!!! After the loonngg 3 month wait for my favorite Mexican restaurant, I have been twice. Same faces, same décor, same menus, and same taste! Ceilings are high and the noise carries throughtout the whole restaurant but did not hinder my experience there. We ordered the red sangria, los nachos (beef) a side beef enchilada, #11 combination platter (chicken, beef & cheese enchiladas) and 2 fried ice creams. Second visit we were there for drinks and apps. We ordered red sangria, house margarita, guacamole and shrimp tacos. Everything tasted great and exactly how I hoped it would. Welcome back Flacos!

Wow. I really wanted to like this place, but they’ve forgotten how to do this in a few months they’ve been closed. Food is bland, the margaritas are HORRIBLE (2−4−1 isn’t even worth it) and service is slow. This is a true disappointment from the previous location.
Sent the «house» margaritas that tasted like sour mix back and got the margaritas with the fresh squeezed lime. All in my party switched to beer after the first round. The food was bland. The noise was atrocious. This is a sad state of affairs. We’ll never be back. So many better restaurants in Naples.

We have loved Flacos for years and the new location is so loud. Twenty empty tables and we had to wait 45 minutes. It was their second day open so hopefully it will improve.
