I called this location to find out their hours on this Sunday. A recorded voice told me that the hours for the holiday weeekend might be different, so to check first. This is what I was trying to do. It was a Friday at 10am.
So I selected #1 and I was given directions and hours. It also told me to Hit 7 to speak with a team member. The automated voice told me that the selection was not valid. Then the recording started playing again. So I selected #1 and I was given directions and hours. It also told me to Hit 7 to speak with a team member. The automated voice then told me Goodbye!
What? Really? So upset now!
I never got to talk to a human nor was I ever given the holiday hours. So I will not be wasting my time or money here if they can’t even pick up a phone.

Took an hour to print a prepaid label. The staff did not even seem to care that they’d just wasted my time on something that could’ve just taken a couple minutes.ughhhhh.
