Dr. Donzelli is a great doctor. The office staff however is absolutely horrible. My son is a year old and we have been to this office 4 times for ear infections and ear tube insertion follow up appointments (starting when my son was 2 weeks old). All 4 times we have waited over 2 hours! When we asked where we could change my sons diaper they told us to use the floor in the exam room. I spoke with the office manager and she doesn’t see a problem with either of these two issues. She stated that the doctor likes to spend time with his patients, which I agree is a good quality of a doctor, but I feel they should allow longer appointment times to avoid long waits, especially when children and infants are being seen. All of our appointments have been before 10am and a doctor being that far behind for a morning appointment is just unacceptable.

He’s great! My son saw him when he was still in the NICU at Edward for a procedure (at 5 weeks old and 8 weeks preemie! Yikes I was terrified). I thought he was great. When our pediatrician recommended he then get tubes I was like «Well I know who I’m seeing!» and went straight to Dr. Donzelli’s office. He was just as great with him now, a year later. And I finally realized something that made me feel even more comfortable leaving my little man in his hands… he reminds me of my first boyfriend ever. Awww. :)

Dr. Donzelli is an ear specialist (and allergy, I think) and took care of my daughter starting at about eight months old. He did her eartubes and had her back for several follow-​up visits to make sure the frequent ear infections didn’t return. He was very gentle and calm, so she was always willing to let him examine her ears, which I know sometimes hurt from the infections. He called the house the day after the ear surgery to see how she was doing, which I thought was very cool. He takes care of kids and adults. We were very happy with his skill and bedside manner.
Bonus: he’s WAY easy on the eyes. No, not like, as in, eye doctor, I’m talking male hawtness.
