I will never go to the Naperville location again. On two separate occasions I was scheduled with Dr. Donzelli and waited an hour, if not more, just to see him.
Not to mention the issues I faced after my surgery in just trying to get a prescription refilled. I waited over a day in awful pain for a call back saying that my prescription was faxed to the pharmacy only to find out that 1) they had called my old phone number despite me confirming my new one at every visit and 2) they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy in the old city I used to live in. What’s the point in having me confirm my information every time if you’re just going to send things wherever you want to?
I think this place really needs to get it together and make sure everyone is on the same page. Don’t ask for my contact information if you’re not going to use it. And it feels like you have to jump through hoops just to speak with the right person. No one is ever there to take your calls — you always have to leave a message.

I called Midwest ENT to schedule an appointment for sudden onset, severe vertigo. I fully expected that i would have to wait for at least a week, but was pleasantly surprised that Erin, a Physician Assistant, could see me the same afternoon. I waited less than 5 minutes after I checked in. Erin was friendly, professional and exceptionally knowledgable about my current condition and complicated medical history. Her exam was thorough and comprehensive, including hearing testing, Erin was able to treat me during my appointment, explaining what to expect each step of the way.
Thank you to the friendly schooling staff, Midwest ENT, for promptly scheduling my appointment and helping me feel better even before I left the office.
Erin is a huge asset to Midwest ENT and I will definitely call on her for any future ENT medical needs.

I left my appointment feeling more relieved than I have ever felt since my diagnosis of Graves. Dr. Kaszuba made me feel at ease and confident I’d found the right place to receive treatment. The office staff were all very kind to this very nervous patient and I’m strangely at peace about getting my neck cut! He even knew that I was leaning toward natural hormone replacement vs. Synthetic just by meeting and talking with me. Dr. Kaszuba and everyone at Midwest ENT were a pleasure and if you are seeking a very thyroid savvy doctor this is the man to see!

I had a great experience at Midwest ENT & with Dr. Donzelli. I went in for what I thought was an ear infection that wouldn’t go away, and left knowing that I had a very rare tumor in my middle ear. Dr. D and his staff were extremely thorough in performing the right tests and giving me all of the information that I needed. He referred me to a Neurotologist at Loyola who has also taken great care of me!
The only reason I give them 4 out of 5 stars is that I had to wait an hour past my appt time to be seen. It was frustrating, but once I met Dr. Donzelli and experienced his bedside manner and attentiveness, it made more sense :) They could improve in that area, but that is such a small factor in your overall experience… especially when you are in need of GREAT healthcare!
