Midwest Endoscopy Center is a nice clean facility in Naperville. The staff and doctors are friendly, but were not as willing to discuss the necessity of an endoscopy for me as I would have liked. They seemed a little quick to jump to the gun to get an endoscopy scheduled and completed, but I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt as it may or may not have been medically necessary in my case. Overall, I would say it is a good facility though.

This faculty was super clean and the staff’s number one priority was the comfort and the privacy of the patient. I would not hesitate to referring family and friends to this location.

My sister had to go in for a procedure and as she would be getting general anesthesia, was not going to be able to drive afterward. I liked the doctor there (Jain) a whole lot and the nurses who took care of here were very informtative and extremely helpful. Overall, very impressed.

My mom had an EGD done at the Midwest Endoscopy Center and the place looked great. There was a big screen TV, magazines, and a coffee machine in the waiting room, which made the wait pass by quickly. They let me back in the waiting room area and called me back to her room after she had come out of the procedure room. The staff was accommodating and polite, and the anesthesiologist and doctor spoke with us before and after having the procedure about any concerns.
