This place is a must see for anyone enjoying wine country. The breakfast was phenomenal and the service excellent. Don’t skip the donuts, and try the breakfast burrito. Every ingredient is farm fresh. A little pricey, but worth it. Go!

Our family of 5 dined here for brunch. At 10:30, we were seated immediately. Service was solid. Everyone really liked their meal. We started with the cinnamon rolls. They weren’t overly sweet or gooey. I liked that. We ordered French toast, Carneros omelette, and the portobello Benedict. All yummy! The view is spectacular overlooking the hills and vineyards of Napa. Would definitely done here again.

Yes, you must be staying at the Carneros Inn to eat here. Everything about this restaurant was perfect. The view — panoramic view of the country side from inside or outside next to the pool is unbeatable. It creates a very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere right from the start. The food — I have to admit I got the french toast 3 days in a row, it was that good. It has berries, whip cream, and real maple syrup. I also got the bacon, ham, and potatoes which were all great. They give you — choice of 2 drinks and 1 or 2 sides, depending on your entrée choice. The orange juice and coffee were both great. Lastly, the service was always friendly and quick. Couldn’t ask for more…

Warning! Public not welcome here. Exclusive and pretentious restaurant and bar at the top of the hill. Beautiful grounds and reasonably priced menu surprisingly. Boom café was full so we took a stroll around the grounds and were even offered a ride in a golf cart to the restaurant. Sat down at the bar and when we ordered they asked our room number. We were told we were not welcome as we weren’t staying there, but have a nice day.

Great spot for special occasions. View of vineyards and great for indoor/outdoor dining. We sat outside by the fireplace for couple of drinks and bites.

When the hill top is open it is fantastic. Call in advance for the hours but this is a special place. It will be easy to see.

View is fabulous We went for brunch and really enjoyed the pastries and our breakfast burrito. Worth going here even for the view alone even if you are not staying at the carneros inn.

We came here for brunch on Saturday instead of going to Boon Fly Café. The hotel told us that The Hilltop has the same menu as the Café, so we came here since there is a view of the pool and hillside. The interior is nice — beautiful natural light from the windows. It would be great to come here in the summer when you can enjoy the patio seating. The restaurant just has a great feel to it. It looks like there was a shower brunch going on later in the day — it looked nicely done. The brunch comes with coffee and OJ and your choice of pastries or donuts. Of course we went with the mini freshly fried basket of donuts. Yum. I had an omelet — good ingredients, not much to be said about it. The other food looked good. Service was fine. $ 22 – 25 per brunch entrée. Since it includes coffee, OJ and donuts, I suppose it’s somewhat reasonable.

i love coming here for brunch. it’s right next to the infinity pool and you can sit outdoors or indoors. the indoor area is just as nice with tons of open windows. it is pretty empty as mostly only hotel guests frequent it, but i love that. it doesn’t mean the food is good. i had a corned lamb and hash once, a deliiiicious eggs benedict with spinach and an extremely fresh smoked salmon platter another time. everyone is really friendly and things came out in a time manner. super relaxing!

We wondered in here when we were exploring the grounds of the hotel and were told that they had breakfast in the mornings. We gave it a try and it wasn’t too bad, but wasn’t amazing either. It was also super empty during breakfast(one other table). The view is definitely very nice and you can see the horses and cows close by. For breakfast at the hotel, I think I prefer the larger menu at the Boon Fly Café more.
