Went on the 7th to see Hot Rocks an a band Who’s Next. Nice venue but the cover was 8 bucks, fuck that. A lot of these places charge 5. So I already was pissed off because of that, but to add insult to injury, Heineken was like 6.00 bucks Most places it’s like 4.50 to 5 bucks. I than order ed some chicken wings that were to well done, didn’t eat them all. The fries were really good though. Would I go there again? I don’t think so, they gauge the customers. I don’t think I’m just bitching, it’s either good or no good. No good. My signature advice to the establishment? «Get your head and ass wired together.

Pretty nice place. Got here early and had no cover with a live band. We had the loaded nachos with chicken and they were the bomb! D-on is an outstanding bartender so take care of him when you come in. It is a little dead at 1030 but if you hold out it will pick up. Only 4 stars cuz you have to wait till late for it to get rolling.

I visited for the second time last night with some friends. We used to be regulars(2 – 3 nights per week, minimum) when it was Neon Moon several years ago, but lost a lot of interest when it went severely downhill as Mavericks. To start, a $ 5 cover on a Wednesday night for a suburban bar with a mediocre DJ at 8:30PM is a little ridiculous. I walked in during the first dance lesson of the night, so the bar was not particularly busy. It took several minutes for someone to acknowledge me because the bartenders were too busy chatting about personal issues with one another. When I was served, the bartender was very pleasant. The DJ was not very good. He rarely announced what dance(s) could be done to the songs he was playing, although the regulars obviously could take the songs as a cue. Those of us who aren’t regulars(anymore) had to sit back and figure out what dances were being done, if we knew them, before we could join. I’ve been attending various line dancing bars for years and this was the first time I’ve seen a DJ consistently play music without calling dances. He also had several«computer issues» where multiple songs played at once or no songs played at all. I was surprised that a lot of the ‘classic’ dances were not played in the 4 hours I was there(no Tush Push, no County Line) and, while I’d like to learn some of the faster/more advanced dances that were played more regularly, not knowing what they’re called makes that very difficult. The waitress walking around was pleasant, but slow. And she completely forgot to bring us a round of drinks we ordered. After about 20 minutes, my friend went to the bar to order them instead. The waitress came back about 15 minutes later to ask if we were«okay», clearly no clue that she’d failed to fill our order. No apology or anything was offered. The mozzarella sticks we ordered arrived quickly and, although lukewarm, were decent. Although not particularly busy, the crowd was decent; a younger crowd than I’m used to seeing there, which was a nice change. The dance lessons by the brunette instructor were pretty good. If Cadillac Ranch weren’t closing, I would prefer the 45 minute drive there versus the 15 minutes to Loaded Buffalo, but given that I won’t have that choice anymore, I guess I’ll be giving the Buffalo another chance if the urge to dance really hits.

My first time at the loaded buffalo and it was worth the it! Bella Cain was playing and they were awesome! Only way to reserve seats were to buy tickets early, but that worked out well. Tickets $ 7.00, not bad! If you have ever been to Toby Keith’s now called joes live that took over Toby Keith’s this is how I’m going to compare this place, ready? Here we go… I got there pretty early and I was able to look around… the set up I will say was great! They had a nice bar in the back, a cooler filled with beer on the side so alcohol was definitely easy to access, but here is the punch– they jacked up the price for a Miller lite to $ 4.50! And for a draft. 14 oz beer it was $ 4.00 so that was disappointing, I’m not sure about the well drinks, but I’m sure they were higher than normal too. Bathrooms were very outdated but very clean and there were two so never had to wait. They did a hillbilly contest which I thought was hilarious! And they raffled off a guitar! Totally did not expect that! The service was great in the beginning, but when it got crowded, things got disorganized. We order food from the waitress and paid in advance, some people got their food and those who ordered fish(special for Friday) didn’t get it until an hour later after we hunted her down to only find out they gave our food to someone else! We finally get our dinners and they were short one! I finally just asked for my money back, after I talked to both managers/owners. As for the managers, I thought Bob was the one who was most sincere about the mix up, I got my money back and he gave us a pitcher of beer, but that was it. Bob could not have been nicer and I can only respect him for that. This place is 100% better than Joes Live and totally worth the trip! Other than the mix up on the food it was great, setup of the bar was great, band was awesome and I’m looking forward to going back!

Went to see American English last night. What a blast. Food is great. Show was great. The owner, Bob, made sure he introduced himself to everyone there. Not only that he said this was a first for a dinner show. When we suggested desserts on the menu, he said he was thinking about that and a little while later he brought our table a basket of deep fried brownie bits which were to die for. What a great owner. One who cares about his customers. Will definitely go back and even planning on going for the Eagles show in April. Customer service is outstanding.

The worst experience ive ever had. I visited on new years eve under the impression it was going to be busy of course. So i bought the vip package where u would have a seat at a table and open bar. I also messaged the bar ahead of time to see what was included in the open bar. They assured me it was all premium liquor and included a few and said ect ect. I order my drinks and end up having to pay for them. Then sat down and apparently was to close to the band which was not roped off or any different from any of the other tables. Was made so uncomfortable and told to move by the«manager». Who then tried to compensate me paying for my drinks all night long with a shot, that i never receiced. When i expressed my severe disappoint the next day he brushed it off and said next time find me for that shot. Im in the industry and would never treat people the way i got treated. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

This place is as good as it gets. The Loaded Buffalo even has a name that’s fun to say. We like the live music and the country dancing is a blast. I like the casual and relaxed environment along with the location. This place is awesome! Have fun!
