I stopped at this location on saturday during a lunch time to get my son a sandwich. There was a big line /6 people or more and only 1 !!! person behind the counter! After 5 + minutes of standing in same spot I left. So the service sucks!

Sub-No-way Have you ever ridden on a train or a subway system and it breaks down? That’s the feeling I had after experiencing this place. My wife picked me up a 6″ tuna fish sub. When I opened the sub up to see if it was the tuna fish or her sub I couldn’t find the tuna anywhere in site. At first I thought that she may have ordered a veggie sub for herself but then I thought no way in hell would she order a veggie sub. As I looked harder I noticed that the tuna was barely smeared on one side of the bread like it was a condiment rather than the main part of the sandwich. This had to be the worse sub that I have ever seen. In fact it was. No wonder Jared Fogle lost so much weight eating these things. I’m going to have to say«No thank you» to subway.

I’m going to review this location in the hopes that the husband/wife team who either runs or owns the location is paying attention. I believe they are sincere in their wish to run a successful location and it is very clean, but I had one or two issues that they might want to address. When I went in I asked if they served salads. Normally I go to Subway for sandwiches but I am trying to cut down on bread. The man waiting on me said«yes» but that was the end of his helpfulness. I scrutinized the menu and saw some chopped salads offered, but no attempt was made to explain how to order them, the man grabbed a bowl and just looked at me. It wasn’t too hard to discern that you pick your ingredients like the sandwiches but the«chopped» nomenclature apparently means that the original choice you select means that they start your bowl with those couple of ingredients and they use a chopping tool on those ingredients then add lettuce. Then you add the veggies and seasonings and get a packet of dressing. Unfortunately the only dressing choices are fat free which taste chemical to me and I won’t eat. Luckily owner offers me a small cup of regular ranch from their sandwich squirt bottles and all is well. Bottom line is that the salad was pretty tasty and I’m sure the owners meant to be helpful, but I really felt I had to work a little too hard for my lunch. In fairness, I suppose they don’t have a high salad demand though they really should as it wound up tasting pretty good.
