Burger King

Horrible experience. Gave us a whopper and 2 cheeseburgers without any meat. We ordered a Veggie Burger with cheese, but received the above order instead. Didn’t realize until we opened the bag at home so I drove all the way back and spoke with the manager, Flor, who was unapologetic and kept telling me this is what we ordered. As I opened the food in front of her and showed it to her I asked «who would order this?» «Why wouldn’t your staff realize this was strange and confirm with the customer that this was indeed what they ordered?» She was very short with me and continued to say she remembered this order and that is what we ordered. Well obviously it is not so I demanded a complete refund. I will also be contacting corporate regarding this. Will never be returning to this place.
