Extremely poor customer service. The guy Fernando did say hi to me or offer anything. He did my order but he looks like he was having a bad day. He looks very tired probably because subway don’t pay good.

Decent place, veggies looked fresh, worker was extremely rude, did not offer drink, asked for cup of water, and she pointed to the Cups hidden behind the coin machine and said«they are right there». Also no asking if I needed a receipt, also was given no napkins for a foot long sandwich. Also was not asked for«here or to go». Usual subway sandwich, but horrible service, I will never come back to this location again.

I love this subway store! When I lived near it, I’d eat there at least once or twice a week. We now live in Sunnyvale and would drive pass other Subways just to buy from this location. Their service is great, usually fast even during prime lunch time. The place is small, but is always clean. But, what makes us keep going to this location is the way they make their sandwiches. They always pack it in with lots of veggies!

A perfectly serviceable Subway in every way. The«sandwich artist», whose nametag I believe read«Primo» if I saw it correctly, was nicer than average. Close to work. This’ll become my go-to Subway in the area.

Ive never had a problem during the daytime, i think the evening staff may be different. I grab lunch here and the staff is alert and quick, maybe communication is an obstacle for them but if you are patient they will deliver great results in a timely manner. Sometimes they surprise me because they’ve memorized what a like. No attitude problem here, they seem to love what they do.

The eating landscape of the neighborhood has changed a lot. Back when there was a small arcade in this corner and I was right out of school, this would be where I’d pick up a spicy italian. I have to admit that flavor profile is still something I like though I dont really get around to it anymore. Every once in a while everything is closed, you’ve just gotten back from being out of town and you just want to eat. Things could be worse

Terrible! The lady just could not understand what I was ordering. I ordered a breakfast sub with egg, cheese and bacon, so I was confused when she asked what meat I wanted. I thought I needed to choose another meat so I’m thinking, ok, «turkey». «No!» she exclaims. I’m confused. did she forget what i ordered already? Through an attempt at communicating I finally managed to get a sandwich and some coffee, both of which were hardly edible. I ended up throwing it away.

I did not have a good experience here. The store did not honor a coupon I had, saying it was not for their particular Subway store. That’s fine, I get sometimes coupons are location specific, but the coupon I had made no mention of this. I guess my main complaint is the staff was dismissive and rude, not even taking the time to look at the coupon before refusing it with an attitude. I’m a big believer in decent customer service and I won’t be going back to this store.

Not my favorite subway. No Doritos no lemonade and the staff was not pleasant. When I asked for a receipt the cashier threw it on the counter instead of handing it to me.

Been here only a hand few of times… To keep it short, dude tried to charge me extra for a toasted sandwich when it wasn’t. Gonna call that strike one. Went in again, apparently I was charged for asking for the works on veggies. Really? Apparently I can have lettuce and tomato, but asking for jalapenos and mustard prevent this Subway from paying the bills. Gonna call that strike two. My cousin who works down the street told me he got a $ 5 footlong had to pay extra as well under the same set of circumstances. STRIKETHREE! Sorry pal. This attempt to try and get a few extra cents into your register isn’t gonna fly with me. I know the economy is bad, but this isn’t gonna help you.

First thing I notice is that the place is pretty small. On top of that the layout is pretty bad. About to give two stars until I made it through the line and sat down. They packed out the sandwich. And just like that they win.

This Subway location is generally alright; nothing to write home about. The service is consistently quick and friendly, the sandwiches fine and parking plentiful. It can get busy during the lunch wave(11am-2pm), but the staff try, which gives a good vibe. Once, when delayed, the owner gave out complimentary extras like chips, drinks and cookies. I have to say it was a nice gesture for a low-cost eatery. With this central location, you’ll see me in here frequently.

This is a good subway location — not very busy, seemingly fresh ingredients, and were open late(10pm) on a saturday night. Sodas weren’t watered down, good selection of chips, etc. What subway is supposed to be!

The owner is actually a jerk. When we walked in there was a Saleswoman trying to sell one of the employees a discounted spa package. The Subway employee didn’t know any better she was just listeneing and saying no thanks but the Saleswoman was really pushy. The owner finally comes in to save the day by telling the saleswoman to leave. He then reprimands his worker for talking to the solicitor. But the saleswoman is the one who sneaks inside and starts trying to sell the employee a special on massages from the Massage Spa across the street. Granted that the Massage Solicitor was very pushy, the employee behind the counter was just trying to be polite. The owner got pissed because my friend and I were in line but we weren’t really ready yet so no biggie. But then when I ask if the Tuna was made today because it looked like the tub was on empty and I wanted a fresh batch.(I’ve been sick off old Subway Tuna in the past) one of the employees says no it’s not fresh but then the other woman says YES it is and looks at the other employee like to say. just tell him it’s fresh… so which is it? WELL I DON“T ORDERTUNATHEN Anyways so we are talking about $ 5 sandwiches the entire time and I order… but when i go to pay it’s not one of the $ 5 ones on the list… oh well that’s my bad but as I’m standing there bummed that I didn’t pick off the list correctly the Owner is just staring us down with a nasty look… I’ll never go back… just wasn’t a good feeling. While we were talking about $ 5 sandwhiches when I ordered if one of the employees had been paying attention they could have mentioned that the sandwhich was not one of the $ 5 on the list. Whatever, there are a bunch more Subways in the area… I just don’t want to go back to this one.

Yes, this is a standard Subway. I go there to grab a sandwich for a super-quick dinner, especially during their 2 footlong subs for $ 9.99 special – dinner for me and my roommate. The people who work there are friendly and they’re open far later than a lot of other Subways. I like the fact their sandwiches are not so incredibly loaded with meat. They bill themselves as a healthy alternative to other restaurants, so cut them some slack.
