Pizza Hut

It’s a Christmas miracle. This Pizza Hut location is absolutely delicious. A group of 9 of us ordered a 3 medium pizza deal and it came super fast and tasted amazing.

I love Pizza Hut. We usually order it about once a month, usually from this or the Niles location and it has a great track record of being great tasting. My review, however, is based on the customer service. The place is run by high schoolers, first of all. Whenever we order either carry out or delivery, its late. A few days ago, I ordered carry out for someone else to pick up. 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, it was not yet ready. I called to make sure my order came through. A giggling girl picked up and when I asked about my order, she put me on hold. A few minutes later, another woman picked up and asked what I wanted. Getting more annoyed, I again explained why I called. All she said was that deliveries were taking even longer, like it was a blessing that mine was a carry out and that I can talk to the manager. Before I got to say whether I wanted to, I was put on hold. After even a longer time on hold, another woman picked up, literally yelled ‘what is it?’ I had to ask who I was speaking to because she did not introduce herself. When I asked her about the wait time Ann what the hold up was, no kidding, she started screaming at me. Sometime thing about the computer not working, her having a million things to do, them being understaffed, and then her having to answer phone calls like mine. The guts I had to call them in the first place! The computers not working, it happens but I would at least appreciate them calling to let me know they’re running late. When I pointed out to her that she’s yelling at me, all she said was that thats how she acts under stress. Perhaps that’s not a career for her then? Either way, i will be getting my pizza from another location from now on.

Hooooooooorrrrrible customer service. All the employees were just laughing the back and I made sure they all saw me. And oh ya, one of them started to roll dough and it fell on the floor. Then they all laughed, picked it up, and then continued to make the pizza. Also, The pizza here even sucks. GO TO DOMINOS 5 MINS AWAY

First off, I love Pizza Hut. I have since I was about 10 years old. I’ve found the quality to be pretty consistent, from location-​to-​location over the years. That is, until I started ordering from this particular location. I gave them four chances, and was disappointed every time. I’ll give some examples.
1. I went online, to
, and ordered two large pizzas. 20 minutes later, I got a phone call from them, informing me that they were «out of large pan pizzas». They offered to send me thin crust, instead. I declined, and asked them to refund my money. The person on the other end of the line said, in a very annoyed voice, «it will just be automatically refunded, since you don’t want the pizza».
2. Twice, I received pizzas with large, bare patches, where the crust had bubbled up, pushing the «extra» cheese aside. I understand that things happen, but those pizzas should never have been sent to a customer. The second time, I called them.
3. The last time that I ordered from them, I added mushrooms to the pizza. It literally had one mushroom piece per slice of pizza.

i asked for spinach on my pizza. they just threw raw spinach on top. thanks
