worst experience. They told the price of the preeti mixer circuit breaker was 3 dollars. At the shop they showed the price as 7 dollars in website, but if you are directly buying from shop 13 dollars. Really doubt if they are doing their business legally. Never recommend any one to buy anything from here.

1 star is too much! Online chat… no reply. Customer service rep… not helpful or willing to help. Told him I was going to report the business and comment on Unilocal… told to «go ahead!» WOW. Yet, read the managers description… customer satisfaction, huh? Tried to use a Groupon they were offering… but told the item I was purchasing did not apply. It was exactly what the Groupon named… I was told «yes, but that was not their intention». WHAT does that mean? Means they are dishonest, deceitful and not about satisfying their customers… that’s for sure! My husband went to the store at first & was told they carry nothing in stock… ALL has to be ordered & shipped. After reading the other Unilocal review, I am VERY afraid to order from them because you have to pre-​pay. Plus my husband said the store front location looked rather «sketchy»!.

Horrible experience, profoundly dishonest. This business lacks the fundamentals of customer service.
I tried buying an electronics item online, they charged my card but never shipped the item, despite sending me two electronic confirmations of the order. After waiting plenty of time, allowing for delays of the military postal system, I contacted them. They said it wasn’t in stock. I asked why they didn’t contact, me. They claimed they did, but it was sent to the wrong e-​mail address (see comment about two confirmations of my order.) I asked them to send me the misdirected e-​mail, they were unable to.
Then, what take the cake, they asked if I wanted my money refunded. If the item wasn’t in stock, they should have never charged me. This business is a single step away from being a criminal establishment.
The do not deserve the business of any living being.
