First let me say I very highly recommend Memory Suppliers as a source for custom flash drives. The quality is excellent; the prices are very competitive, and customer service is top notch. I was searching for a supplier to create custom flash drives for my son’s wedding as wedding favors for the guests in attendance. I created custom art and wanted to use a custom color palette as well as load a personal(data) message onto each drive. They began by sending physical samples(shell of body) so I could examine the materials. This allowed us to make a decision about which body and color combination we would choose. Memory Suppliers worked attentively with us to get precisely what we wanted. They took extreme care in matching the colors by creating a test drive for us to see. They allowed us to preview the data upload and in the end, delivered the final product sooner than anticipated. The prices were the best, and I can’t say enough about the amazing experience we had. It was positive on every level from customer service to production, and their follow through and follow up were also first rate. Ask for«Rada» :-)

I find it a bit odd that they ask for Unilocal reviews after finishing their client satisfaction survey, and the only review is a 1-star review. Outside of a small glitch in correspondence, Memory Suppliers delivered for me and my company, and I would highly recommend. We ran out of our last batch of flash drives, and I worked with our marketing coordinator to find a new supplier online. We reached out to 2 firms that provided the lowest online quote, and only Memory Suppliers got back to us, and sent us several of their most popular samples for free. From there is where we had the glitch — our marketing coordinator sent 2 e-mails to the designated sales rep to get further quotes, and he did not respond. However, when I took the reigns over, the rep was apologetic, said he did not see the marketing coordinators message, and was 100% responsive from that point. He patiently worked with us as we discussed several options and provided some suggestions of what would — and more importantly, would not — look good. He sent us several mock-ups until we got something we liked. The cost was almost half of what we had paid for our previous batch, and the look and quality was far superior. The final order was placed, and we received them well ahead of their expected arrival date. We will certainly be using Memory Suppliers for our future flash drive orders!

I get to review this crappy company first. Sweet. OK. So I have never wanted to write a bad review for a company so bad. These guys gave me a terrible experience and I’ll never use them again. It all started when my laptop HD crashed. I found the model at memory suppliers and the picture matched my HD so I ordered it. Few days pass and the HD arrives. Wrong one. Not terrible cause it seems my model is a few digits different from the one they sent. No biggie. I call them and get it all sorted, basically need a SATA version of the same HD. Seems easy enough. I spend the money to ship it back and they send me… the same friggin thing. OK? Uh… I am a bit confused but call again and tell them the problem and they tell me to ship it back and they’ll definitely get it right now. I figured maybe a photo of the actual HD will help. Seems to make sense, right? If they see the ACTUALHD they should see the model numbers and what the connection looks like, etc. I see after receiving an email that they’ve shipped the new HD that they charged me $ 50. I had to find this out by using bank statements cause I never received a request for charge or a receipt from them. I’m thinking, whatever as long as its the right one. EVENTHOUGHTHEYGOTNOPERMISSIONTOCHARGEMYCARDTHESECONDTIME. Whatever. I get the HD the next day and… wrong one. Wow, these guys must be some idiots. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but obviously should not have. I try to keep from screaming my lungs out and keep a civil conversation with the operator who is talking to me as if I’M THEIDIOT!!! Really? Yes dude, I know the HD I need, I’m looking at it you friggin genius. Can I tell you the number or not? The guy asks for my laptop number rather than the HD number that’s in my hand. OK? He continues by telling me the HD they sent is the correct one. OK? It doesn’t fit you MORON. YOUGUYSSENTTHEWRONGONEFORTHETHIRDTIME. He continues by telling me that someone must have grabbed and shipped the wrong drive so I need to return it and yada, yada, yada. OK dude. I think this guy was very rude but whatever, can’t help stupid people get smarter by getting upset. I print out a larger photo of the HD this time I highlight the model numbers and the word SATA. I also leave a note that says I’ve been shipped the wrong HD three times and I needed them to pay attention and send the correct one, and not to send a HD if the numbers do not match. I go through the(now usual) BS and ship off. I waited a whole week this time… WRONGHARDDRIVEFOURTIMESIN A ROW!!! FOURTIMES? FOURTIMES? I sent you fucks a photocopy of THEEXACTHARDDRIVE! HELLO? THEEXACTHARDDRIVE! Seriously a child can match pictures. Seriously. So with this I’ve ended my frustrations by calling an operator who basically acted like he didn’t care, almost as if this happens all the time. He stated to ship back and write a letter stating what has happened so I can get my money back including money for shipping back and forth. I’m really not THAT upset as much as I’m surprised how stupid(American?) people can be. CLIFFNOTES: Please steer clear of Memory Suppliers! This«company» will be done soon with shitty customer service like this. ZEROSTARS

Recently I have purchased a Fujitsu MHV2100AHHD from Memory Suppliers, Inc. Before purchasing it, I did my homework pretty good since I am buying a Hard disk for my ThinkPad T43 laptop. After reading about all the T43 hard disk upgrade problems, I decided to buy Fujitsu MHV2100AH, which works on my IBM without any problems. To be sure, I contacted Memory Suppliers’ Pre-Sale support twice to make sure the HD listed on their web site was the same in the stock. Depending on their positive answer, I was pleased to place the order and get the HD. However, upon receiving the HD, I was very much disappointed to see that I received a different model. When I contacted them, they simply told me that they didn’t have that model and that what I got would work fine because only the brand name was different. After reading more about the ‘only different brand name’ claim, I settled on returning the item. They were ‘kind’ and accepted to return the item for a full refund. However, they said they wouldn’t pay me the extra fees I’ve already paid for the fast UPS shipping, although it was their mistake, not mine. Then, I contacted them using the Google Checkout Contact Form twice, in order to document their reply, because it was a bit weird for me when they didn’t send me any RMA, but instead they wanted me to pay for the return shipping and said that they would refund this by adding the costs to my basic refund after they get it. But they never answered because they only answer when a direct email is sent to them, and not via Google Checkout Contact Form. I don’t trust this shop anymore and I am not returning the item because I fear that I won’t even get a refund. Therefore, I will not recommend this shop in any way. On the contrary, I will look for other ways to spread my disappointment, dissatisfaction, and lack of trust to this company.
