After the initial problem with the vendor, I was contacted by their customer service people who attempted to rectify the order problems. In addition, a new representative was appointed to our account (as well as all of the others held by the former individual). The follow up has been amazing and caused me (us) to look at the vendor again. Their efforts have gone above and beyond what had been our experience in the past.
