I’m sorry? Why are there even stars? One would have to drag my body across the Pacific Ocean in order for me to approve of their customer service. If they had one. Might be a little harsh, but they hire mere idiots. Please, if you expect me to respond nicely to, «what do you want?», you are damn right out of your mind. Lady at geek squad area. She had blonde tip dreads and a disgusting look on her face. There wasn’t even a person at the register section so I was forced to go to her. I’m pretty upset I didn’t get her name. Anyways, this location has the worst customer service. Don’t do it to yourself. Better off talking to birds.

Just received my open box fridge and lovin it. The purchase process was pleasant and delivery was prompt and couteous. I would have given 5 stars but had to return to the store to pick up the filter. The managers and associates were very couteous. In the past this was not my experience. Electronics was also helpful. This store will now be my go to for appliances and electronics.

Worst customer service ever. I obviously pay Best Buy to talk to my educated self like an idiot child. Being rude and offensive to customers must be acceptable at this location. Rude and then act like they did you favor.

I agree with some of the others about the customer service. It’s none existence at this location with the exception of the manager Greg (I believe his name is) and the Geek Squad guy with locs (or long braids)… the others could pretty much careless. The tall so-​called manager named Shawn, Sean (whatever) is a complete jerk. He could careless if you stood there all day. He’s pacing the floor while the Geek Squad line steadily grows longer instead of coming over to acknowledge his guest and at least let us know that he’s aware of the wait and hopes to make things better. A manager should exhibit great customer service so that his subordinates do the same. Lead by example! I guess if the manager could careless then we shouldn’t expect anything great from those under him. Smdh. The Geek Squad at this location is the worst that I’ve ever worked with. No sense of order and they take forever. Visit this Best Buy if you have a few hours to waste and aren’t big on good customer service. They won’t let you down!

I live in a ways away from Best Buys, so I called them asking if they had a Roxio HD PVR in stock and if they could hold it for me as I would be on my way to get it. They said yes. I drove an hour to the store to get the product. When I arrived, they didn’t hold my item. I went to the back and asked if they had the PVR. The CSA literally took me on a tour of the store looking for it because he had no idea where it would be. He ended up getting the manager of his department and she did the same thing. They searched their computer for the product and saw that they had one, but couldn’t find it. I ended up settling for a more expensive PVR.
When I call a store to make sure they have a product, I expect the employee to check and see if it’s on the floor not in stock on the computer. I’ve worked in retail and good non-​lazy employee wouldn’t do what Best Buys did.

The worst customer service in history.
Employees would rather talk to each other than help a customer. If you ask them a question, they answer over their shoulder as they walk away or answer then walk away without allowing you to ask a follow up.

absolutley awful customer service — my complaint is exactly as the other reveiw on Unilocal you walk around and search for help and there is none. i will not be going back to this best buy

Where is the customer service? I walked around and around and had to ask two associates on deep conversation with each other for help. I guess this only happens on the southside.

I like this Best buy. Whenever there’s a new game coming out, i’ll usually stop in on my lunch break and they’ll have it. Plus they had the laptop I was looking for and wanted to physically touch it before buying, but other locations didn’t, so no real complaints at all. Good location

Very pleased with the service i received here… went with my mom and my aunt who was visiting from out of the country (Nigeria) she needed to purchase lots for folks in nigeria and they were so patient. espcially a guy name abiola… we walked out with a lot and i really hope they have commission cuz the patience needed to work with my indesicive aunt and mom is worth every penny.
