I’m just passing through town for work and needed to FedEx something short notice and I am so glad I picked this location to do so. Everyone here was so polite, professional, and thoughtful. Even when a very difficult customer threw somewhat of a tantrum in the store, when he left the really nice big guy helping me said «it’s OK, God bless.» Such super nice people here. I wish I could give them my business on a regular basis.

Went in and was immediately greeted by an associate. I wish I would have gotten his name, but he happily showed me where to go to fax some papers. He even stood by and told me step-​by-​step what to do. Great customer service.

The customer service part is gone completely from this side of town. Never in my life have I had a sales associate look at me and roll their eyes as I’m trying to have a package shipped. The Fayetteville location is % better.

Tim help me he went back through the email and seen 1 didn’t print and 1 was an error on her part. Tim was very helpful and could see the distress on my face but ensured that I was satisfied. .great customer service
