i will never shop at this store again, took almost a week to deliver items, items came damaged, took them another week for exchanged, Items came without the original packaging, delivery men came late, bad customer service

Horrible customer service! I purchased my dinette set a month ago and told it was in stock. I received a call on Thursday to confirm my delivery date of June 25th. I scheduled delivery for May 24th. Since when do you call a customer to push their date out for another month? I wouldn’t have purchased this item if it weren’t available. From the sales staff to the manager the level of incompetence is shocking. Needless to say that I cancelled my purchase and I wound not do business here ever! Had I read the comments prior to I would not have gone here.

..was searching everywhere for the right couch for my new place. When I walked into American Signature on Mt Zion I was instantly greeted by Sharon Graham, she seemed very genuine unlike the other people that I came in contact with at other places. Once I found the couch I was interested in she made it such a great buying experience. I was in shock to find out she was actually fairly new. Great experience! Will definitely come back again.
