Whenever I go in there, there are usually 4 employees helping one customer. Can’t each employee help one customer? Always, always have to wait.

This Dunkin is by far the worst I’ve ever been to in the sense that they have never ever ever EVER gotten my order right. EVER!!! and I’ve been here 10+ times. Very frustrating once you’ve left and take a sip or open the brown bag to discover that what you got is totally not what you ordered or paid for.

Best dunkin I’ve ever been to! I go there ever day before work and so do all my coworkers. Love the women that works ever morning usually the cashier but acts like she should be managing the place. Greatest worker!

Service is usually slow if you are getting more than drinks, even on off-peak hours. There are usually many employees ready to take your drink order, but only one person in the back making sandwiches. It’s not unusual to see the people in the front just hanging out after making your coffee while the one person in the back frantically struggles to keep up with the sandwich orders. This obviously causes a backup, and the people in front don’t seem to care. I’ve waited for over ten minutes for a sandwich before, gotten orders wrong, and one time even had my coffee spilled all over me when the employee quickly slid the cup to me with barely a sorry. Even though this is the most convenient Dunkin Donuts location for me, I tend to avoid it like the plague.

Picked up two doughnuts and a whole wheat bagel. All 3 were as stale as could be. Also, the guy behind the counter did not look clean and had dirty fingernails. Avoid!

I like Dunkin donuts, and they always have donuts available, but the one thing I’m a little annoyed about is the new croissant donuts. They have limited quantity. I want to try one and every time I go it’s sold out. This really upsets me because they have a sign saying«more tomorrow», but that made me think if they will have more tomorrow they must bake them in the back. Right? Meaning they have some MORE in the back of the store. So why don’t they just bake them and make more available to meet the demand on the SAMEDAY instead of putting 10 – 12 on the top shelf off in the corner and saying more tomorrow once they’re sold out. You can’t meet demand with only 10 – 12 donuts. It’s a little sad that there is such a small space for them. Should just cut back on a normal donut to meet the demand of the new ones. I’ve literally tried 4 Dunkin donuts all with in a mile of each other. Nothing. Sold out. Ka put.

I love dunkin donuts and I was very excited when this one opened up as it is easily accessible for me on my way to work. The issue is the employees. They are mostly young kids that are too busy goofing off behind the counter that they miss items on my order OR give me the wrong order altogether.

This DD recently opened on Rt. 10 in Morris Plains and I stopped in today to fend off a headache with some caffeine. As I’ve said before, the most important thing a DD can do for me is to be consistent. I want my coffee to be the same if I go on Saturday or Tuesday or this locatIon or another one. This DD hit the nail on the head… coffee was just what I needed, tasted how I wanted it to taste, and the service was quick and with a smile. Thank you! One thing this place has that I though was really cool is a meeting room. For $ 10 an hour you can rent out a very nice meeting room with a nice conference room table and office chairs-probably 8 – 10 people would fit comfortably. A very nice idea-you’re at work, need to meet with your team, but want to get out of the office-off to DD where you can meet with coffee, bagels and donuts. I’m giving this DD a 4th star simply for the ingenuity of adding a meeting room.
