There were 2 people ahead of me and it took forever for me to get to the register for my order. But a bit before that, a woman behind the counter took my order(not a register person) and she was getting my coffee. Finally, I arrived at the register and he rang up my coffee but not my entrée. I had to correct him. Also, the manager seems to be big into talking to customers, not serving them quickly. I don’t know that I’d return as service is slow and kind of incompetent.

Great Dunkin! Mainly because of the staff. Friendly, Fast and after a couple visits they remember your drink/coffee.

My dear departed car mechanic, Joe, raved about Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. That was back in the late 1960s when DDs were pretty scarce in my part on NJ. I quickly learned that if I needed a favor, all I had to do was show up with a cup of coffee and an old fashioned donut. Since then, I have visited a ton of DD shops and have learned to recognize a good one when I stop in. The shop in Denville is one of those shops. It’s clean. The staff is uniformly polite and friendly while remaining professional. Recently, we had to buy coffee, bagels and donuts for an after church coffee social and the good folks here took the order quickly and got all of our needs together fast. They got the order perfect too. No mistakes and lots of sweeteners and creamers. Nice. The only gripe I have and it’s not related to these folks or this shop. Their bagels are just ordinary. That’s not a sin but with three really good bagel stores near by, I can’t imagine why anyone orders them. This is a good DD shop. One of the best I’ve tried. Recommended.

Not a bad location at all, friendly staff, decent selection of donuts and I was in and out pretty quickly. I felt bad for the girl behind the counter having to deal with the«what’s in a grilled cheese?» customer… I’d come back for sure.

THEABSOLUTEBESTDUNKINAROUND!!! The staff here is awesome, so accommodating, and friendly. As a regular, they know what I want before I have to usually say it. Best of all — I came here for months, cz Dunkin is my favorite coffee, and brought my own Soymilk that they would add to my coffee. They were so great about it!(I don’t/can’t drink dairy — like so many others, yet Dunkin doesn’t offer a non-dairy alternative likes Starbucks, or others…). Anyway, I loved how great they were about accommodating my needs… THEN, it got even better!!! I came in one day & they bought Organic Soymilk to keep at the store for me!!! Now they have a sign up, letting others know that they offer Soymilk, which is SOOOO amazing!!! This location rocks — It will always be my choice. I do hope that other Dunkins nation-wide begin carrying a non-dairy alternative. Almost everyone else does it.(even Quickchek)…I hope it starts a movement!!! Thank you guys… LOVEYA!!! :)

Ok, so I have a few places I want to review or update because of everything that went on after Hurricane Sandy. First and foremost I want to thank the crew at this Dunkin Donuts location for being open the day after Sandy hit. When I arrived there were about 60 people in line… all most of us wanted was a hot cup of coffee, but they were open for hot food too. These folks worked their butts off for over a week while so much of our town was without power. Every day I was here for coffee, and sometimes for doughnuts or muffins, and every day I was thankful. SO, Thank You! You’ve got a customer for life!
