Great Sushi and great service! The lunch specials are an excellent buy for your money. The rolls are fantastic!

AYCE sushi will always have my heart, I think that is why I can be a little more forgiving on my reviews since it’s hard for any place to do it 5 stars good.
I’d rather start with the one con: a good majority of the rolls were slightly bland to me, for example the «oh baby roll» looks amazing and any roll with no rice is an instant favorite of mine but starting my meal off with this set the tone. All I’d suggest is more sauce on the rolls or have overly fresh fish that it doesn’t need sauce to balance out some of the dry/​blandness.
While I know that sounds rough to start, there is a lot that this place does right! 1) all you can eat round was simple & I appreciated not some ridiculous time limit that makes everyone rush, pricing made it worth it 2) clean restaurant 3) service was great and super attentive 4) one of the best seaweed salads I’ve ever had and it’s on the ayce menu :)
This place is 4 stars worthy when it comes to being an AYCE establishment, they hold hire standards on having many options and great service.
3 stars worthy based on individual rolls, if I were here with friends simply ordering one roll or two their sushi wouldn’t meet my standards & I probably wouldn’t come back, again AYCE is super worth it for what you get price and quantity wise.

This place is our go to spot. They really set themselves apart with both their sushi and their dinner meals. Price is comparable to elsewhere, but the sushi itself is much better than the other places I’ve tried in the area.

I have been on a search for a great cheap meal in this neighborhood for months. After trying countless overpriced and poor quality sushi places nearby I stumbled upon Love Sushi on Unilocal.I noticed they have a happy hour special that coincides with my class break from 3 – 5 and decided to stop by. They have a nigiri deal between those hours where all non premium nigiri is only a dollar a piece. I had halibut, albacore, albacore belly yellowtail, mackerel, and a hand roll all for twelve bucks. I’m still in shock at how fresh and authentic this sushi was in comparison to the last three places I tried. The portioning was also spot on, and the fish was cut correctly. I will be back many times hopefully before my semester is over, since I don’t live nearby. Thank you for the best quality 12 dollar I’ve ever had Love Sushi!

There’s a few sushi places in Moorpark these days, but for lunch u can’t beat love sushi. They have an all u can eat lunch deal for about $ 20 where u get three chances to order as much as u want… that value is out of this world. The sushi is always good quality as far as I can tell. it tastes bomb to me. they also have this great baked mussel appetizer that is to die for. The sushi chefs are friendly w great recommendations if u need one, and to top it all off the have a buy one get one for $.05 beer deal on certain days/​times.
If u have time at lunch to indulge yourself and like sushi this is the place to go!

I did not like that they wanted to charge me full price all you can eat for an 8year old, who only eats miso soup! We were only a party of 4. (I would LOVE to pay if it would even convince her to TRY something!!) We ended up leaving, cause I was not gonna pay $ 25 for a miso soup! Have gone here many other times, without the kids :)

My number one sushi place of all time. Sushi chefs are more like friends than any thing always hooking it up with extra spicy tuna. THE BEST

I love this place! I get something different every time and I always enjoy my food. The second time I went in there the staff remembered me and made me feel very welcome. I go here about once a week and I walk out satisfied every time :-)

Very good food, amazing service. Waiter was attentive but not over bearing. The environment was pleasant, overall very happy.

Best sushi bar in Moorpark! They have BOGO beer and sake on Monday– Wednesday, AYCE every day and a whole new happy hour on Monday — Friday 3 – 5 with $ 1 sushi and buy 2 get one free on ALL rolls. Scott, JD and Max are great chefs and Vanessa is such a friendly server.

Happy hour menu is the bomb. I love everything on the menu. Max is my favorite chef. Fresh food, reasonable prices, good customer service

If you guys and gals love to eat sushi, this is the best place to go in my opinion. Plenty of options from the menu and the food is amazing. The prices are very reasonable and the service was outstanding. They do have a happy hour available during the week if you want to check that out. There is also one in Simi valley as well.

Chief Scott was awesome! Recommended the best fish and the rolls are very generous. One of our favorite places for many years.

Best place for sushi … J.D., Scott, Maxx and Irene are the best. Great sushi, super fresh and tasty. Large menu with something for everyone. Nice options and something new to try all the time. We drive from Santa Clarita for this place. Love love love… Love Sushi

The AYCE sushi at this restaurant is actually not that bad. The one thing that I have to say was negative was the service and it needs to be quicker. The food was good though and my favorite was the sea urchin (uni) and it was very delicious. Also, my favorite role was the seared ribeye role with sesame oil and vegetables. The octopus was sliced perfectly and very tender with a slight drop of soy sauce on the top of it. The rice portions are moderate and not too heavy, that’s also a plus in my book. If you’re ever in the area I highly recommend coming to this location.

I am a sushi lover and I love Love Sushi. This is my go-​to place and eat here once a week… okay, I must admit– sometimes more than once a week. The service is always great. The wait staff and sushi chefs are friendly.
Their Imperial Chirashi is my absolute favorite. The heaping portion of fresh fish topped with live shrimp is very good & filling. Lately, I have been trying out their AYCE and, unlike other places I’ve been, they don’t try to fill you up with tons of rice. Their AYCE rolls are smaller than regular a la carte portions so you are able to try different rolls. My favorite roll is the Moorpark Roll. I also love their oyster shooters!
Definitely check this place out. You won’t regret it!

I think they should call this place I love Saki This is the sushi version of animal house mixed with Cheers. One chef is busy chugging bears and the other chef is passing out Saki shots one for customers one for him and one for the other chef. The beer chugger then stuff fish is his mouth between rolls he is making.
The service was lacking as well. First I order a beer and endanami. The beer only shows up after I ask for it a second time. Oops I had to remind them about the missing endanami. I also order miso soup but that fails to appear as well. When they bring the poor excuse for sushi rolls and they neglect to bring cups for soy sauce. One of the sushi chefs come by to ask how things are and I ask them for the missing wasabe and ginger. He heads off to get it but then gets lost in another Sacki shot.
Oh well with 5 sushi restaurants in Moorpark this ranks in a tie for last place.

So disappointed. I did all u can eat.

What the hell happened to this place? It used to be really good. But the last year, not so much.
Not consistent at all! One trip, it’s great… The next it’s pathetic.
Either be great or suck. Pick one.
The AYCE is a great deal… If they give you what you ask for. At least half of the time they will claim that they are ‘all gone, so sorry’ or ‘no more left’. But stick around a bit and watch people order it off the menu and get it instead of the AYCE customers. When you call them on it, they get annoyed.
I keep going in hoping that they have pulled their head out… But as of my last visit, it seems to still be deeply inserted.
